High V..ag...ina Swab (HVS)/Culture test. They will take a swab from your vajajay and culture it for 3 days including sensitivity test if any organism is seen. Personally, i culture both urine and vajajay swab. They will also culture DH's urine/semen.

I'll suggest you take omega369. Had a bad experience with EPO. It made me purge till I purged blood. It also brought down my BP. I discovered it was the culprit when I googled it's side effect. Though I did not see EWCM, it made me very wet.
