Where are those searching for breast milk? I experienced something last night o. I made pounded yam for dh
I normally dont eaf it cos am watching weight o. Longer throat made me eat o. Then see gbege. By 2 am I had to change my nighty. My whole bed was soaked.baby sucked nd sucked. Yet bossom still full nd leaking so much this morning.
I have taken d processed one. It never worked like d real pounded yam. So as this worked for me. It may worked for others. May ooooooooooo. Una gd morning and sorry for the long tory

My dear, there are so many tips but i do not know if it works. I learned you can download ovulation calender, key in your last menstrual day and the days that you'll be fertile will come up. It will even show when you're likely to conceive a boy or a girl. Like i said, i do not know if it works.

I was given fralomin in my 16 weeks or there about. I tried to find info on google but there was none (guess that's why you're asking here because that's what I did too). Luckily, someone here assured me she took it and had no problems so I took mine and I'm 38 weeks now.

My advice to every mamas most especially d ftm always prepare ur mind dat contraction is not pains ad it will not kil u just few seconds u will he relief endure d contraction.
My birth story I did exercise on 30th April from 5:30am to 10:30am tracking exercise went to hospital around 5pm by 5:30pm my prince came out.

antenatal is 80k(as at late last year)and yes there are antenatal classes.It holds every Wednesday.

Out of curiosity, please is the 80k just for antenatal/drugs or does it include delivery?

Welcome on board stadora. May your journey be smooth and healthy. To the best of my knowledge, I do not think it is wise for you to use a tummy girdle at 4 months pregnancy. You have the option of making another style that will still fit you without showing your tummy. The safety of your child should be your top priority.

The OP forgot to include teachings on how to satisfy a man in/outside of bed.
