Mine is 7 years from 2016, I submitted a reference letter from my workplace for 2016- 2019 where I worked but couldn’t get access to the company I worked with in 2019- 2021. Though you have submitted a reference letter, BUT note that NSF is don't a death sentence. Grace differs, don't let anybody scare/discourage you.

Try picking a far date like August ending. After you have successfully booked the appointment, go to my appointment, click on manage appointment and reschedule to a closer date. Some dates in July are still available. Note that you can only reschedule using this option twice.

Some schools like UWE Bristol give a deadline to 3rd party payment and strongly advised against it. I don't know the school you apply to, BUT I'll suggest you mail the school regarding that.
