The usual way is looking for it on their website, the draw mode; you fill the form submit to them via dia website then you have to wait until they pick your application which might as well take a long time

Get your school accommodation or private accommodation. Proof of funds has to be one of your family members. Minimum of 7m

I think the POF should be more than 7m depending on the cost of school he's going to and considering the current exchange rate.

I was told if I should use the school accomodation, that myt cause a Visa rejection. Reason being that the embassy myt say the place are filled up already

You can use "BeRelocated" they won't be giving you accomodation, but you will get accommodation contract for about 600zl if you can afford it.
