In 2019, PDP was hoping on Rivers state votes to cover the gap but when it came out, it was an eyesore, the total votes from Rivers in 2019 was just barely half the votes given GEJ only in 2015.
Back then in 2015 it was Rivers, Katsina, Kano etc that gave their candidate more than 1m votes but in 2019, Atiku did not even see up to 500k votes from rivers state, 2023 will be worse
