The fee has been reduced very very significantly from 0.5% to 0.005% (almost zero percent!) in order not to throw away the baby with the bath water and help FG deliver on the purpose meant for the fund.

0.005% on N100k (one hundred thousand naira) for example is a paltry N5 (five naira) and N50 charge on N1 million naira so it makes absolute sense, low and fair enough in my opinion. Most transactions of the poor range between N1k and N100k so the highest a poor person will pay as cybercrime fee is N5 and lowest is 5 kobo!

There's so much at risk so there must be deliberate effort to sustain the security architecture around this crime.

The chairman of Ogbete market in Enugu was killed yesterday. UNN staff, businessmen etc are being kidnapped and killes in Enugu as if they are fowl, Enugu farmers can't go to farm because of fear of Fulani herdsmen but your concern is Anambra that is much safer and secured than Enugu state . Ndo.
