Politics / Re: Buhari Jets To London With Diezani On Board by micolaj: 10:59am On May 22, 2015
Mogidi:
Buhari's constant travel to the UK is bordering many people, and for a good reason too.
Check this :
He went to the UK at least 5 times last year and this is his 2nd trip to the UK this year, he last visited in March just before the election.

I hope Buhari has stopped operating that Midland bank account, same account that mysteriously has 2.8billion deposited then removed in 1984/85.
Can't his daughter in the UK manage his account or Buhari doesn't trust her?
As usual. I know it's an uncommon practice of you to make sense. Diezani is left out of circle of your assertion. Why?

Politics / Re: Corruption: Buhari May Discard Agf’s Guidelines For EFCC by micolaj: 8:40am On May 22, 2015
NewNigeriaMind:
For our people that don't like reading.A quick summary is that the EFCC by the provisions in the act setting it up cannot prosecute any case in which the amount involve is above 50MILLION NAIRA without a go ahead from the AGF and the presidency.

Wonder why Adoke included this clause, that is because before you can steal up to 50m you will be closer to the power at the top.

Now you all know why EFCC has been chasing only yahoo boys in the last 5 years
Great revelation. Now I see why people named "EFCC-a toothless bull dog."

Primary thieves asking secondary thief for whereabouts of the $20b. Leave NOI alone, let Buhari asks her, it's then she will know that "the eyeball of a leopard burns for a reason." Let's watch as events unfold.

Politics / Re: The Worst Leader In The History Of Nigeria....no Doubt by micolaj: 9:57am On May 08, 2015
Gbawe:
@OP

The inept and 'accidental' President, who was always out of his depth, has only succeeded in bankrupting Nigeria. Tragic someone like this was pushed all the way to the Presidency by the likes of Obasanjo, Anenih and many self-serving 'godfathers'. Like or hate Tinubu but the reality is that he would never, not even for massive financial gains' promote and back a totally incompetent and completely clueless politician like GEJ to administer the affairs of Nigeria.

I said it last year that, come May 2015, GEJ will leave and be the last accidental President Nigeria will ever have. I have now been proven right. Buhari has set a new precedence now. He fought for over a decade to become President unlike OBJ who was handed the Presidency and Yar Adua who was virtually bullied into it by Obasanjo. We then ended up with GEJ, a very poor leader placed far above his station, who stumbled into the Presidency by an accident of fate.

In the future, post Buhari, it must now be about men who want to lead, have the history and character that show they can lead effectively and position themselves willing and passionately to be President. No more dullard imposition of 'unknown', unwilling and unprepared leaders on Nigeria as President because we now see that this can have terrible consequences for the future of millions. We must now have only those who want to lead, are ready to lead and have the innate qualities to lead well.
May God bless you for this masterpiece.Your notion that we Nigerians have been governed by "Products of Accident" for the last 16 years is an undisputed fact.

your furious anger should be directed towards Indonesia who is alarmingly reducing Biafra population and not Prof. Wole Soyinka.

Fela had no skeleton in his cupboard, Buhari did not only arrest him but also jailed him.

Please, just inform the tyrant that we are not in military era!
And even if we are, Biafrans have the right to self-determination!
If Uwazurike stole Nigeria money, fine he can arrest him but if it is on the bases of Biafra, then arresting Uwazurike will backfire!

If the tyrant want to keep Nigeria one, he should first of all stop the menace of the Jihardists up north!

Error 101. Common sense not found.

Buhari Sir, you cannot afford to omit political restructuring of Nigeria.

The present structure throws up "arrangee" and bad leaders for Nigeria.

The present structure was not made in a democratic set-up, but it is used to determine the results of democratic elections - this is foul play.

The result of Nigeria's presidential elections do not reflect the true wishes of Nigerians.

All that family talk na bullcrap and PR stunt. If his family members already knew his stand, why the recent lectures? That's by the side.

We all know AIT goofed and messed up. An opportunity presented itself for GMB to show his transformed democratic values, but alas his vindictiveness and immaturity was superior to his reasoning.

He messed up big time.
I guess we are moving in opposite direction. BUHARI's actions for the next years will manifest in REALITY, while your PERMANENT HATRED and EXCCESIVE BITTERNESS will only exist here on NAIRALAND. Who is the loser?

Maturity? Opportunity? Did you have terrible Nightmare for you to have typed this?Buhari is a principled( take the bull by the horn) man, where were you when Buhari was reading riot acts to his family? That shows how he operates. Your gospel of democracy is flawed because this is all about Buhari's privacy, not political.
