Samsung Tab E, (never fell to the ground) suddenly flashed light and gradually dimmed till it went off. Attempts to power it on normally failed. But after several hours it comes on with power + volume - key combinations. And goes off again almost immediately. And sometimes, it presents with cracking sounds and a solid colour screen (pink, white, or blue) before shutting off.

If plugged to the wall socket, if fails to display charging signal. And even if it manages to show charging, it stops charging after a while. At other times, if it manages to charge and comes on, after a while it hangs, shows a certain solid colour and shuts down again. Sometimes, when trying to boot, it gets stuck at the booting stage and tries to restart itself severally but shuts down again if this fails... It also present a streak of line when about to go off. However, when it boots up normally, it doesnt present any lines on the screen.

I also noted that it powers on quickly if left for several hours before time. Please, who can proffer a solution.

Do you know who a Christian is? It's obvious that many of you are not Christians with your approach and comment. Everything that is happening in today's world has already been prophecy about the last days, will God ask you to hide in your house because disease is spreading everywhere and killing people? Who are we? It's better to exercise your faith in God and die in the process than to be afraid of what God has given you authority over. The Church near my window is presently blasting away sermon and prayers over my head. They are basically discussing about the pandemic and making dedicated prayers against it. God heal the world.

A new Google doodle celebrates Ignaz Philipp Semmelweis, (1 July 1818 – 13 August 1865), a Hungarian physician and scientist, now known as an early pioneer of antiseptic procedures. Described as the "saviour of mothers", Semmelweis discovered that the incidence of puerperal fever (also known as "childbed fever") could be drastically cut by the use of hand disinfection in obstetrical clinics.

Puerperal fever was common in mid-19th-century hospitals and often fatal. Semmelweis proposed the practice of washing hands with chlorinated lime solutions in 1847 while working in Vienna General Hospital's First Obstetrical Clinic, where doctors' wards had three times the mortality of midwives' wards.

He published a book of his findings in Etiology, Concept and Prophylaxis of Childbed Fever. Despite various publications of results where hand washing reduced mortality to below 1%, Semmelweis's observations conflicted with the established scientific and medical opinions of the time and his ideas were rejected by the medical community.

Semmelweis could offer no acceptable scientific explanation for his findings, and some doctors were offended at the suggestion that they should wash their hands and mocked him for it. In 1865, the increasingly outspoken Semmelweis supposedly suffered a nervous breakdown and was treacherously committed to an asylum by his colleague.

He died a mere 14 days later, at the age of 47, after being beaten by the guards, from a gangrenous wound on his right hand which might have been caused by the beating.

Semmelweis's practice earned widespread acceptance only years after his death, when Louis Pasteur confirmed the germ theory, and Joseph Lister, acting on the French microbiologist's research, practised and operated using hygienic methods, with great success.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, the WHO and CDC have been advocating regular handwashing to check the further spread of the virus.
