A fresher /Graduate trainee would mostly go for rigorous training to prepare him/her for the applied position. As a fresher, you're not expected to be good at any job, just basic literacy about one or two things is enough.
Almost every month, I usually have two to three training to undertake.

My wife do it most time though but some women start using it against the father and as children grow older, they tend to trust, get close and confide in their mum more.
