hakeem4: Well I’d advise you to go through NSE cause it’s cheaper. If you can do NSE by February by march you’d do your Coren. But if you rush to do Coren direct you will still spend the same amount as someone going through NSE Alright Engineer, Many thanks |

What's the first step you'll advice for me? I want to get it all done latest March ending. What do you advise I start with right now pls? The proposer forms and certificate of experience; some said I should calm down till next year and wait till they pay next year's dues. What do you think? |

Papilagreen: Okay papi here let me turn the tide now for a bit. So form my own side let me first of all day I live in America and not Canada. But lately, people have been flooding in from Canada and all part of the world into America.
Infact the Americans now are now scared the rate at which they pull in. They now call these people sleepers.
Now here is my point. See most people will hear the amount they will be paying you in dollars and you will receive a new job offer and you will be happy not doing proper research.
See I got a job of $85,000 per year last month and I turned it down. Now here are my reasons for turning it down. At first I was happy when I got the job offer but when I did my research I found this.
1, the cheapest house rent I could afford was 2,890 per month including light water and Internet. Now if I pay that I only have $56 left from my monthly salary. Now that is the cheapest house. And the worst part is that the house is 30mins drive from my place of work. The houses closeby i.e 50 to 10mins drive away from my work they don't rent it's either air B&B or you buy morguage and it's on the high side. I haven't even talked feeding, gas, phone bill etc. My present job pays me less $45,000 monthly I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and I am okay and I get to save more I live in a small town but very okay. So in summary, America the more u make the more u pay on expenses and we never talk TAXES yet lol. It's good to be physically mentally and emotionally ready to make it in America. You mean $4,500?? |
Politics › Re: Foreign Debt To Top $51bn As Tinubu Seeks Fresh $7.8bn, €100m Loans by micxwell(m): 7:58am On Nov 02, 2023 |
epainos: There is nothing bad in taking loans in times of crisis, but as long as the loans are embezzled like we have been seeing, Nigeria is going to go broke because creditors may take over our gas and oil. Maybe...I do not know.
The only way out is for all regions to form new nations the way I see it. Otherwise, my prayer will be answered. And my prayer is that Nigeria should go broke faster than expected so there won't be anything to loot again. All bad politicians will leave the government and move to their second nations. While good people will step in and start rebuilding. Bug such rebuilding should not be as Nigeria. Nigeria must crash before we start enjoying. And it seems we are holding tight to Nigeria. I know that as long as Nigeria exists, we will keep suffering, so I pray Nigeria stops existing in my lifetime and not after me. This is my prayer ooo.
So, if we refuse to let Nigeria stop existing now, I pray Tinubu crashes the economy in his first term so that Nigeria can go broke. This is my prayer.
Before you insult me, read my previous posts for details on this issue. I want a united Nigeria myself and I have prayed for it. I am not Igbo...so no one should start insulting Igbo cos of my post. I have thought these things through, and I have seen that Nigeria cannot prosper. It has to die and new nations from it will start prospering. Hmmm, sounds stupid when you think about it superficially but meaningful when you think it through deeply. The looting isn't going to stop. And apparently no one is ready to sacrifice their lives and convenience for this cause. It's going to get hard before the country starts experiencing peace. |

Reference: As we speak officials of this government are mopping up foreign exchange. Are they saboteurs too? The question is: Do you blame them. Is the purchase of the dollar A BAD THING. Think about it carefully. After all government SHOULD have its savings in foreign exchange so it too should BUY on our behalf to take charge of the economy.
Will you not advise your State government to buy up dollars so that inflation does not eat up its resources? Will you not advise the company you work for to buy up foreign assets so that it can pay your salaries in this depressed economy. Will you not save part of your salary in foreign exchange so that your wife does not chase you out of the house when you cannot provide sustainable soup money.
The fact is that buying up to save is not a crime, speculating is NOT a crime but a legitimate way every economic unit hedges, insures, protects (whatever you like to call it) itself from devaluation and inflation.
So the problem is never the markets. It is never the buying and selling of foreign exchange, neither is the problem the hoarding, warehousing or whatever (you many even say the government grows envious by the day that it does not command the biggest hoard of foreign exchange, and why should it.)
The problem is at the gates of the market, the GENERATION, the EARNING, the PRODUCTION, the INVESTMENT, the SPENDING of the foreign exchange that matters.
To be brutally honest, how does the government spend its foreign exchange that it cannot recharge its reserves, is it not by largely unproductive ventures, largely inefficient ventures, corruption, etc. Someone just said the millions going to SUV's. That is how government undermines its economic advantage, empties its coffers and becomes a minority player in the foreign exchange scape.
Who else in Nigeria will spend such HUGE amounts on administrative costs, cost centres that earn absolutely nothing. That is simply why government will continue to lack and the rest of Nigeria will continue to have. In hard times one responds properly by saving, while the other acts irresponsibly by frittering away the little it has. Well said bro. Someone said they are expecting the shipments which means they've paid for it already, in Dollars 💰 o. Approx N160Billion. The masses are praying, the government keeps spending. They said we should patronise made in Nigeria products but they chose to order foreign made SUVs. We are not ready jor.... |

DeGLORIOUS: I hate redmi probably because of the 9c I currently have. It's frustrating. It hangs at will and most times I can't pick up calls until it enters missed calls. What I don't know is if higher versions are better You obviously aren't knowledgeable about mobile gadgets generally. Let me give you a hint. Go to Google, Type "Top 100 SOCs". Inquisitive Universe should be at the top of your search. Scroll down to find the Top 100 list of SOCs. Look through it; Now make sure the PROCESSOR of the next phone you're getting is in at least Top 120 of that list. Top 100 is even better. As for price 🙄, you'll have to compromise o 'cause phones don cost. That way you'll have peace, irrespective of the OEM you decide to go for; Samsung, Google Pixel, Xiaomi, Tecno, Infinix, Apple etc. |

I enjoy Rihanna, Queen B, and others, but when it comes to Taylor Alison Swift, she's in a league of her own. She holds a special place in my heart. .
