This is the most recent estimate. I share an office with a civil engineer.

And I am one myself. The man up there is obviously on a tight budget, hence he'll most likely settle for the basics and not necessarily ultra modern 😊.

CELPIP's price fluctuates based on the dollar rate. Don't look at what's on that their site. They'll deduct the actual price from your account.
The last I heard in November was 134k.

it's more than. Usually the ground to the base of the window beside her is usually 0.9m and a normal level window is 1.2m in height, that's a total of 2.1m and you'll notice that she is taller than the top of the window 🤷. 2.1m is 7ft o. Means she's 7ft+ 🤔
