Travel / Re: Gtbank FORM A Process by miimssss: 12:21am On May 13, 2023
Hi, please how can I get in contact with my account manager? I'm currently in Canada and I submitted my form A. Thank you.

nowornever9:
if you're using gtbank and you're still on "ad reviewer" don't worry. The process has already started if the money is locked out of your account balance. I payed tuition deposit last year and mine is still on "ad reviewer" till now even though the transaction was done ( took 5 weeks till i was debited) . Just keep pressure on your account manager till you're debited. Nothing else to do but wait. My current Form A just passed 5 weeks. patiently waiting.

NL’s,
I found a Qatar flight for abuja to Toronto but it says there’s a 3hours stop in Montreal airport, does anyone know if there’s any extra documentation needed to stop in Montreal?

Goodmorning everyone,

Please I just want to confirm…

I resume first week of January 2023. My course is a two-year course.

I’m trying to book a ticket to Toronto but I was told by a friend that I need to book a return ticket as well. Please is this information true ?

Hello! Sorry about your application. I used GCMS writers. It cost me about 11k, but it depends on the package you choose.

I hope this helps.

Hello NLs,

Happy Sunday! Just a word of advice, if you’re using a representative always double check that they submit all your documents. I just received my GCMS notes. I’m just getting it now after I’ve received PPR. This was one of the notes made. It seems my agent didn’t put in my passport lol. Thank God all the same, it ended in praise!

You can walk into Vfs abuja. Someone submitted there on Tuesday and got it today.
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by miimssss: 10:22am On Sep 22, 2022
ohhh, Alright

I get it. Thanks

CharitoJames:

Go to Dhl, dey will send to VFS… Yes i know you are in Abuja but I don’t think you can walk in and submit in person… So they will receive from DHL, Stamp and send back to DHL… Dhl will then deliver to the address you wrote down
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by miimssss: 9:56am On Sep 22, 2022
Hi Charito,

Do you mean go to DHL and send it to VFS?
Or go to VFS and they’ll use DHL to send for stamping??

I am already in Abuja and I intend to submit in Abuja
CharitoJames:

Good morning,
You are to send it via DHL or UPS… Go to any of their offices close to you. No, you won’t need to pay anything to VFS and you also do not need an appointment. It’s a 2 way courier you will do and drop your house address. On a plain paper, you are to write your name, mail, number and house address for delivery… also attach a big brown envelope that can contain A4 paper in the package along side your passport and biometrics slip
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by miimssss: 9:43am On Sep 22, 2022
Goodmorning NLs,

Please kindly assist with these….
I have a few questions:

1. do I need to book an appointment with VFS to submit my passport for stamping ? Or do I just go there with my documents and passport ?
2. I did my biometrics in Abuja and I will be submitting the passport here in Abj, is there any need to pay any fee ??
3. When it’s time for passport collection, is it pickup or delivery?

Thank you

No, i didn’t use both. Makano assisted with the SOP

Wow! Congratulations oh. You used both Immigration lawyer and an Agent? Or Makano did just SOP.

Hello All,

I used a representative to apply for study permit —signed the representative form and submitted with my application and all.

However, my immigration consultant insists she won’t send emails to IRCC yet. She says IRCC will get back to me in due time. Application is over 12 weeks.

I want to personally send emails to IRCC as the principal application (without her knowledge) , will IRCC respond to my emails and disclose information?? Anybody done this before? Also, would it affect my application negatively?

Please could someone share the email address for MP in ottawa.

I submitted my application on 19th May, 2022. No update till now. Starting my school online as deferral requests are hardly approved. I want to contact IRCC.

Any email or phone number I can use?

Hello NL’s

I’m trying to order my GCMS notes using GCMSWRITERS but the process is confusing. I have paid the fee and placed an order. Isn’t my application number necessary for acquiring my GCMS notes? But there is no provision for this on their website. All it says is send consent form to their email. Please help !

Thanks

Hello Miimssss,

Not at all. If you have your Application Number, you can request it. You can request the GCMS notes via GCMSWriters if you have no one in Canada to do so for you.

Hello @miimssss
Finally found a same day applicant, I also applied on 19th May, still waiting and hoping for a positive response. You can order for your GCMS note so far you're the primary applicant. But we'll just have to be patient we're already 11 weeks into the processing time. At least some early May Applicants got PPR last week, hopefully we should get ours this week too.

I'm on a journey of faith.

It'll end in praise, Stay Calm.

Good afternoon All,

My application was submitted May 19th and I’m still waiting for a response from IRCC. I’d like to order GCMS notes to ascertain the current status of my application. However, I’m confused. I used an immigration lawyer (she submitted the application as my representative) and I would like to find out if personally ordering my GCMS notes affects my application in any way.

I will testify soon! I pray we all get PPR
