According to AI Overview:

Based on reports from March 2026, the primary companies benefiting from the development of the OPL 245 deepwater block in Nigeria are Eni (specifically its subsidiary Nigerian Agip Oil Company) and Shell.
Business Post Nigeria
Business Post Nigeria
+1
The Nigerian government has moved to break the controversial block into four separate assets to be operated by these two European majors, finally allowing development to proceed after nearly three decades of legal deadlock.
TheCable

+1
Key Entities Benefiting:
Eni (Italian Energy Major): As a long-term operator in West African deepwater, Eni continues to maintain its interest in the block.
Shell (Anglo-Dutch Major): As part of its strategy to focus on high-value, deepwater projects, Shell remains a key operator.
Oando PLC: In August 2024, the Nigerian energy company announced its acquisition of the Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC) from Eni, meaning Oando is set to take over Eni's interest in the project.
Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited: The state-owned entity is expected to gain equity stakes as part of the new, restructured arrangement.
Contextual Factors:
Split Structure: Dividing the block into four parts is designed to accelerate permitting, financing, and development, allowing Eni and Shell to divide operational risks.
Strategic Value: With estimated reserves of 9 billion barrels, OPL 245 is one of Africa's largest undeveloped oil reserves.
Legal Resolution: Following a 2021 acquittal of corruption charges in Italy and the withdrawal of civil claims by the Nigerian government in 2023, the way was cleared for this, although full production is likely still a decade away.

Note: While Shell and Eni have been the central players in the long-running saga (often alongside Malabu Oil & Gas), the new structure in 2026 solidifies their operational role, particularly with Oando's entry into the Nigerian Agip Oil Company assets.
Thanks

What is really pushing Oando up?
Could it be the Israel-Iran war or the Court ruling in respect OPL245 which favours ENI/NAOC (now acquired by Oando)?

How long will the redistribution last?
You no put this thing for mind at all. grin grin
The one coming up in this month is the Tranche 2 for Phase 1 (qualiftying date 30-June-2025).
Then Phase 2 is for 2026 (qualifying dates to be announced)
Then Phase 3 is for 2027 (qualifying dates to be announced)

Each phase would have 2 qualifying dates, I think

Exactly.
If Wale can be faithful with the share redistribution plan and Oando is able to rise to over N100, then shareholders should make something.

It is a shame that the Israel will always need the US to fight Iran. Nah, that is bullshit. That is not impressive. Iran is under sanction for decades and still this strong. This should tell u more about them if they were never santioned them. Israel can never ever fight Iran alone, they will see hell. They always will rely on UK, USA, France to help them intercept Iran missles. US and Israel declared war on a single poor country. And US and Israel are still collecting these leevl of damanges? Guy, be honest, Iran get levels.
Do you know how many wars Israel has been fighting on different fronts?
How many militaries in the world have been facing what Israel has been facing since they were established as a modern State in 1948?
Israel has been investing in IT while Iran has been investing in terrorism and nuclear weapons.
Israel already has nuclear weapons and can destroy Iran with it, but it is not allowed at this stage.

I am hoping for at least 2 naira, I topped up my holding last week because i just could not find any other cheaper Bank stocks than Access.
I am expecting dividend like N2 or N3 from Access because they did not declare interim dividend
I am expecting the rise to hit N35-N40 after the dividend so I can sell and move the funds to Dang Refinery IPO or Providus-Unity Bank.

Your initial statement made me go and do a quick read up of Judah and Israel.... It turns out that the Southern Israel which is where Jesus is from mostly referred to 2 tribes (Judah and Benjamin) out of the 12 tribes of Israel and that Judah holds the other 10 tribes.

If my understanding of what I read is correct then present day Israel is operating mostly from a section of olden Judea whereas the Southern Israel is the disputed part that the Palestine are staying in at the moment.
The Palestinians are staying in the olden day Judea and Samaria, which were the most populated areas of the olden day Israel
Judea is to the south of Jerusalem and Samaria is to the north of Jerusalem. Galilee is at the far north, close to the Lebanon/Syria borders.
Most of most modern day Israel is clustered around Jerusalem, and to the southern part of the country

The Ayatollah man was killed by Israeli strikes alone. Israel killed him.
US did not take part in the strikes that killed Ayatollah Khamenei and his IRGC commanders.
US is targeting the nuclear sites.

Historically Jewish towns such as Bethlehem fall within Palestinian territory but Israel didn't make a big deal of it. There's also a mosque standing where the temple of Solomon used to be in Jerusalem but Israel has not demolished it and has no plans to do so
Yeah...it was one of the compromise to allow peace to reign but currently, the hardline Jews are not insisting that ALL their heritage in the Judea and Samaria, including Bethlehem would no longer be given out.
