I just came out of an agricultural conference. Believe me, there are too many bottleneck and red flags in our sector that stifles agricultural investments. To start, take a look at the agricultural policy of these countries and compare to ours and you would realise quickly why we cant have a viable agricultural sector. I am not sure if these policies are there by intent or the policy makers are ignorant of what the challenges are.
