Kolababa: The functional part of the airport is the airside. What our government does is to do a cosmetic renovation of the outside where passenger will see and clap for them but airside is terrible because they know you cannot see unless you work in the airport. What the Murtala Munammed International Airport needs ia expansion in terms of creating terminals. Other airports in other countries have terminals 1, 2, 3 or more but where is terminal 2 for MMIA talkless of terminal 3 or more. And this airport is getting busy every year as more airlines are coming into Lagos. But corruption will not allow. In a country where what is budgetted for just runway extension in Abuja is the same amount Ghana used to build a whole airport. So if Nigeria wants to build a airport, that means the whole of our budget will go in for it.what are u talking about men, isn't it Lagos building one for 7** million.. how much in your opinion those the average airport cost? not land strips mind you!! |
in a civilized society your father would be deemed a criminal and in jail..this is not only a family relation but violation of trust.. many of you saying she should be sent out, are the reasons this country is like this.. you only interested in protecting the molester, could care less about the victim.. do you idiots even think of the other victims this guy would probably have made, if he can do this to family, he must have done it countless times.. ![]() |
Beaf: i thought some idiots would like us to believe he is a no life having, Muslim fanatic, who wants sharia all over Nigeria.. and is intended on using boko haram to blow up southern states, because he awarded 100 million to kano.. all i see is a successful man enjoying his new igbo or calabar babe!! |
bashr8: rubbish , te airport is not in nigeria so he has to join the line like everyother person, failed publicity stunt.do u know how cheap it is to charter a private plane?? a family friend of ours who is an ordinary minister, wouldn't even do such.. fashola has a differnt mindset from people, and apparently from folks like u as well. |
some Nigerians can be so stupid its no reason their leaders treat them like the apes they are..someone asks a sincere question and you start assuming stuff and insulting based on delusional conclusions.. @the poster, its either u try work things out, since it seems ur a quitter with relationships.. or u do the one thing u know best and leave, before a life(child) is brought into the equation. |

odiaero: Make sure she isMake sure she is someone that can be talked to and understood even under emotional/distress situations...That she has the art of listening and giving rational ideas is d main key.. Am guessing that a lawyer like herself has been thought to think with the head from a more concise rational point rather than with heart/emotion/feelings..if she isn't too arrogant (she should be some worth of course)then you have a great wife... nothing better than having a wife who doesn't think with her emotions, take note. |
awhydot: Pls forum, advise me. I'm torn between getting a car here in Nigeria and getting someone to send one from the states. Which is better, cheaper, more reliable and easier?a friend of mine owns a dealership here in the states, what kind of car are u looking for? what price range? we bring in cars all the time, i personally would buy outside nigeria.. |
dayokanu:idiots can't/possibly rule wise men, only fools, so nigerians are fools?? |
Am particularly not interested in this whole faceoff thingy. The only reason it took this dimension is because one of the thieves - a senator was involved. Now the govt is acting like they care for its citizens. Is this the first time Nigerians has been wrongly deported from a country and no news? South Africa had the audacity to do this because they have been succeeding in doing so before. You guys should not always be easily decieved.
so whats the point?? well from today they will think twice before doing such callous things, and ooh this is not the first time a nigerian minister has been deported if u need a news link i can supply. |
Piyke:so the poor girl should loose her job because the bobo got a hard on mama can't satisfy no longer, its either u work with very ugly ladies ur your a lady yourself. this is something he has to live with in life (every guys wahala) if he is going to bang, i suggest he do it outside the home, by ignoring his instincts and bottling up, one day ekaette would mistakenly bend down to pick something from the floor, and all hell would let loose ![]() |
people still thinking primitively of juju and crap lol ![]() dude whats the big deal, you can't cheat nature or instincts, its only going to boil over, i guess its that phase of marriage you don't see the wife as Ur new hot girlfriend more like a troublesome sister, well you gotta take that frustration out, i would sack the lady, because once you cheat with her, peculiar with ladies; she might feel entitled and start disturbing your wife, however, i would find a nice vuck mate, something to vent this, or else you might unknowingly start transferring that bottled frustration to the wifey, its easier for men to fling and have no single emotional attachment so go for it, u live just once. |
this company would be stupid to do any kind of work on that road, if i were them i would leave it to the states, to come up with either the money (which would take a few years) or tax the people immediately for it, people are still going to protest IMHO |
nice idea, i dont think anyone on this forum had an idea what kind of explosives are being used in mines, i also suggest that fertilizers manufactured are monitored |
gtrust:any need to say things your not sure about a friend of mine who is 27 makes nothing less than 220,000 a year here in missouri, and owns apartments and other properties, of course medicine is not a means to get rich, but it can easily make you one, http://money.cnn.com/galleries/2010/pf/jobs/1010/gallery.best_jobs_highest_paid.moneymag/index.html |
@daguru it seems you never really wanted to become a MD/DO you did it just for your father? well your reason is understandable. |
lagcity:Exactly!! however that if is a very big one, as a matter of fact if your in your early twenties and not on your way already or have a clear cut plan for that business venture, its probably too late, because around 27 people tend to get married and get more distracted, its not 80 hrs no more bro lol, na die, i still recommend medicine for those looking towards a noble career, very comfortable lifestyle, with the high possibility of even venturing into business in their late 30's which is most realistic anyway, |
Olumogun:And whats wrong with a state burial, this is one of the very few men who actually deserve it, |
Naijacareerist:Interesting story, however there is a big difference in getting all A's, getting halfway and deciding you don't have the passion for the task; in comparison to not doing well in classes and quitting, or let your grades make you feel you can't do it. Don't get me wrong, to "every man his own" but the need for doctors/researchers/drug companies/pharmacist in Africa especially Nigeria has never been more great. i have a friend who got admitted recently into medical school, and decided its not his cup of tea, not that it was challenging or anything, "A wise man once said that it's not that our dreams are too high and we can't reach them, but they are too low and we reach them". as a first year student i can only thank my parents for pushing me, because i easily would have bowed to the pressure and challenges, but like i said not everyone will do the same thing, and medicine itself is not about financial wealth, |
this is nice of him, we need more people who have derprived this nation indirectly to put in place those loots to provide jobs, because in all sincerity, he doesn't have to do this, and no one can do a damn thing to him, look at ibori buying 7 houses in london, paying taxes and not even living in them, thumbs up to him!! |
where is the evidence?? if he is guilty, he should rot in jail |
@@All this privatisation noise is not the solution to our power problem and indeed any problem we are facing in this country. CORRUPTION is what is killing us in this country. The government of the day should divert it's energy to stemming the scourge of corruption. so the government has realized it cannot provide adequate power, because it has no incentive to monitor every official from the transmission, distribution companies and your crying, why don't you apply for a licence build a company and start collecting the chicken change. Name one country with stable power that the government has total control of its power industries we get nigerian government is corrupt, let them leave that shit alone and let people who have a stake in the business do it, jeez |
i thought it was 90 percent poverty and 10 percent elite?? so why the surprise |
