Please name one country where you can register your company/business online in two hours , I say this because two of my uncle here in the states have engineering businesses in the usa, it took the younger one about a month.( there was investigation, and checking of business premises, and lots of paper work on his actual paper work as Practicing engineer, he needed his PE certifications as well), there is nothing long with the length in my opinion in Nigeria, just the procedure, and central location in Abuja which is inconvenient ,


Educate yourself, here in America( probably one of the most developed nations) it takes days to several months, depending on investigative purposes, no one registers company online in 2 hours!!!

Why write the cheque when you can do a bank wire transer, I.E ( tell the giver to go to his bank with your account number and send the funds through his bank to yours, you dont even have to show up, just confirm with your bank). Its laughable that people think any person in their wild mind would go to a bank with a 3 billion naira cheque FOuttahere. I think your assumption is basic (i.e elementary); of course it can't prove anything. But in a court of law, if the lawyers are able to infuse  reasonable suspicion of guilty, or even the slight possibilty that ige was aware or accompanied in it, then he is just as guilty.
