When a woman leaves her broken down vehicle in the middle of the road and sits inside calling her husband to come and see what the car he bought for her did.

Its not that easy dear.
Hypertension is the first issue. If she is taken to the theatre she might suffer a stroke or the increased blood pressure might make her bleed out. She's also at risk of a cardiovascular accident(heart attack). So they need to sort that out.

If her glucose levels are not under control she might go into hypoglycemic shock or Diabetic Ketoacidosis/hyperosmolar non-ketotic coma( big words for very high sugar levels that induces coma) and not wake up. That on it's own is a sword of damocles.

Then there's the ever present threat of overwhelming sepsis from the necrotic/gangrenous/dead foot.

And then there's her age to consider. She's and elderly/geriatric patient and they dont do too well under anaesthesia/surgery if all parameters are not optimal.

The only issues i am having with the doctors is that they dont seem to be explaining what's happening to the op. Also i dont see the need for the other X-ray of the foot unless the first one wasnt clear. Unless it was a chest xray?

It may not be a spiritual attack but she definitely needs prayers.

P. S in my opinion that foot should go off now to give her a fighting chance. My colleagues may disagree.

Please ooo, I just want to air my opinion, I am just a little something, females shouldn't vent their anger on me. I am not a woman, neither am I a man, I am the "missing link" between both genders

Women are terrible drivers, they challenge you on road and get frustrated easily hence if you cross their path, you will always regret it especially if you are cool headed and caring like me.

I always avoid any form of contact with them when they are controlling the steering especially those driving CUVs and SUVs, they are mostly murders in nature

I was 19years in a public transport heading to falomo just by the police barracks beside the Polo Club, I saw a Honda bulldog and a corolla 1999 stunting dangerously on the road, as the corolla forged ahead, I saw what I actually thought was a film trick in need for speed, the bulldog positioned it self at an angle and rammed the corolla at the back attempting to force it into a 180 degree turn, I didn't believe my eyes, the corolla driver nearly lost control but regained it and sped off the bulldog slowed down, your guess is as good as mine, nah them dey behind the wheels, I didn't mention gender.

Personally,
I have a soft spot and respect for men that are car savvy, by car savvy_ they know the mechanics of their cars and can drive a manual car.
Any other is no different from 'stereotyped female drivers'.
