We know some lawyers take up cases without being paid by the client based on the agreement if the case is won, the lawyer gets a pre-agreed percentage, if they lose the clients pays nothing.....so, for the client getting 60% of the compensation after the litigation is way better than 100% of nothing as has been the fate of many who may suffered similarly during that incident.
