lekwise1409: Pls help me on this sir/ma. I want to apply as health care assistant and work visa, does a bsc psychology holder needs to register for hcpc? Have done narric evalution. Pls am kind off confused totally, help me out. It is only when you have a Doctorate in Psychology that you can be eligible for HCPC registration. If you graduated with at least a 2.1, you will be eligible for the graduate membership of the British Psychological Society, which qualifies you to use MBPsS after your name and eligible to apply for assistant psychologist jobs in the UK and to an extent, Ireland. |

Even if you get married to a very sexually active woman.....you will cheat on her.
She wants to keep the pregnancy, likewise you. Even though marriage is not on the table, you still need to go see her family to give a face to the baby daddy in order to know who you are to a reasonable extent and discuss how you intend providing for the pregnancy and after the baby has been born.
So get ready. |
Family › Re: Please! Is This GENOTYPE Thing Only In Nigeria? by Mindlog: 9:44am On Apr 03, 2023 |
It is prevelant in Nigeria and there is consciousness around it because some of us have siblings who are SS (I have an older brother who is) , relatives, classmates etc and have seen some die young, so it is imprinted in our minds.
When I lived in Kenya, I noticed Kenyans are totally unaware of this genotype stuff . The few that are SS are most likely from a particular region of Kenya that have the Luhyas and Luos. If a Kenyan is SS, he or she is most likely from these 2 tribes because it is said genetically they are closer to Nigerians....hmm, though within these tribes , names like Okwara, Oparanya, Okoro, Okonji etc is common among them |

Fiscus105: He just keeping malice with you?
Every uncoth words you said about him and his family, did u remember to say it loudly here? Dnt u know he stay close to his people, before you agreed to be his wife?
Sorry for those who are supporting for ur one sided story and more pity for you, because only you will face bigger consequences if you don't learn fast how to humble enough to leave peaceful with husband's family. Let us not misinterpret humiliation for humility as it seems many struggle with differentiating them. The fundamental question is why should the father-in-law and sister-in-law be actively "present' in the OP's marriage? Is privacy and sense of boundary difficult concepts for them to understand? And by the way, didn't the husband know that the OP stayed close to her people, before he agreed to be her husband? Unless the OP is so desperate to retain the Mrs title, she is better off ending the marriage and work out co-parenting with the child's father while she rebuild her sense of self. |
Family › Re: My Husband And His Family Has Turned Against Me by Mindlog: 4:15am On Apr 03, 2023 |
seanwilliam: Lots of inconsistencies in your story but I will not talk nor take side. You women mostly talk bad about your hubby and Inlaw, una no Dey ever gree say una wrong.
You keep on hammering on “ my husband always support his family “ , this alone shows the kind of person you are, you sha want to paint him bad so that we go condemn him for u, Abi? Truth is when everyone complains about you, then you’re the problem..
Anyway, Talk to your lovely husband, deflate your ego and kneel before him ( if you like say lai lai u no fit kneel down !), don’t make it seem like you hate his family , make him understand the importance of privacy in una marriage .. trust me , he’ll listen to you , he loves you .
He should be man enough to take charge of his home . he’s in the right position to do that not you. Even though you people need privacy, still be less domineering , be more accommodating especially when it involves your in law. except the marriage don tire you o,
Forget social media, our expectations don’t always match the reality and most people that go through worst will come here to massage your ego by saying “ don’t take shit from anybody ” .
Don’t always use what you read on social media as a standard for your marriage. As a smart woman, use the situation to your advantage, please there is nothing outside o.
May God bless your home and give you wisdom .
That being said, my advice to single ladies out there, always ensure the family you’re marrying to loves you ( even though they can’t hate you for no reason ) If the OP happens to be Caucasian, will you offer this same advice? |

Lifestone: So your family does not mattef Once you're married, your family of birth becomes your extended family not your nuclear family that consists of the man, his wife and children. The family members of the husband and that of the wife, should not be intrusive in the marriage, they should respect boundaries, privacy and respect the fact that their son/daughter/,brother/sister is married and no longer a minor that needs to be directed on how to live their lives |

Kobojunkie: What if the reason Op seeks advice because his major concern is what he looses if he demands his wife contribute financially to the household. Certainly, in a partnership OP cannot sit as a god in the union. Maybe that is a major fear and reason why OP is here. One would ponder what was being discussed during courtship, if any. I remember asking someone earlier in the year, if he and his intended have discussed issues around finances as she is also earning as much as he is and he confidently replied NO, that when they get married they would work it out because discussing it before marriage would make him look 'financially desperate" and he wants the fiancee to feel that he has got it covered without her contribution. |

Nigerians should better explore the market it offers because same Oha leaves are also in other countries like Cameroon, Congo etc whose people would also latch on the opportunity. |

advanceDNA: If u have graduated with the UK degree ...ur degree is enough proof of English ...
If u have not...u will need NARiC or IELTS Even if he/she has not graduated, NARIC or IELTS is not needed as I switched from my student visa to skilled worker visa before graduation and provided none of the two as my doing a Msc was a proof enough. Nothing academic was requested from me, just my data page, BRP details, National Insurance, personal email and home address , alongside job role provided by the company was used for the CoS application. When it came out, I applied and opted for priority, then went to Birmingham to do my biometric at 8a.m on a Thursday and was told that decision would be out within the next 5 working days. Woke up Friday morning, saw a mail from Home office which was sent 5.46a.m that morning informing me, application successful and I should be expecting my BRP within the next 7 working days but arrived the next Tuesday. So if already studying in the UK, proof of English is not needed. |

Indoor nudists, just that it is rarely talked about and there are "disturbing" situations where children are involved in the nudism....an entire family behind closed doors are all naked.......children, adolescents, adults and they all feel so desensitized to each other's bodies as it is so normalized. |
