Yes, I applied from outside Nigeria and used my Nigerian bank account (Wema bank) for POF, since one can not generate a stamped statement of account from their app (Alat), I had an insider who helped me with it, it was stamped and signed then scanned and sent to me. I used it to get my CAS and also for my visa application as I also did upload a copy of my proof of legal residency of the Country I was in......I got my visa, now in the UK.

I applied and did biometrics for my UK student visa fron outside Nigeria using my Nigerian bank account's statement as proof of funds thus different addresses......I got the visa.

Good evening everyone, please any one with an idea of any good books one can read, to help come out drug addiction problem, currently, a 26 years old girl, is in serious need of help, her situation is so bad that she can not hold or keep any valuable to her self, she can not hold a phone for five minutes because she will exchange the phone for drugs immediately, she has nothing except the clothes she's putting on now all she have has been exchange for drugs, she was talking to church for deliverance she ran away, now she is under lock and keys in rehabilitation center, she is asking for any good book she can read in there, she really wants to come out of it because she has loose a lot of things, family members are tired of her, alot of money has been spent on her, she went as far as exchanging her father house documents for cocaine, she could not graduate from school, she could not learn any trade or handwork, her life is practical definition of waywardness, naira Landers please any idea to save her??

So the husband is even proud cheating with a married woman, he is doing to his fellow man what he can't tolerate. Well, the wife shouldn't worry herself at all. She should just ignore the man, there is no point in leaving the marriage because that is what the side chick wants. She should just transform herself to be more sexy, dress sexy. Pay attention to her appearance. If she is fat, she should try and loose weight. Attend occasions and function where she can meet and hook up with friends especially male friends.

Ok , I read about tapering , but I don’t know if my doctor knows anything about that , because if he had told me about it , I would have follow the instructions that’s given , I truly need help now


About depersonalization, there are some things I do that really uplifts my spirit , it doesn’t even freak me anymore , I have been looking all sad and sober

Look into talk therapy, seek out a professional.

I am afraid , I don’t think any to spend the rest of my life this way , I am severely suffering from depersonalization too

I work in a psychiatric facility and patients are encouraged to talk with the psychiatrist before stopping the antidepressant entirely so the dosage will be reduced, helping the patient's system to start getting used to less and less of it. At times, another medication is used to counter the symptoms.

How did you come to the conclusion of depersonalization?
