HOLLASLYD: Yep I've run the benchmark. They both have the same performance.
Regarding quality, n3 is a bit superior notwithstanding the extra added feature which don't really count. I've always told people. P3 is not worth ditching the n3 for. Literally the same device

mindtricks: Holla baba, plz dunno, have u run ur Performance Benchmark test on P3 to draw more reasonable and informed comparison of the P3 against N3? Some folks that have handled both phones argue that N3 is more rugged & outperforms P3, which (P3) tho has some few extra physical features, appears more prone to memory low. What's ur take?

mathefaro: HOW TO ROOT TECNO P3
For you to root a Tecno P3 phone you
will have to do these:
Goto system settings - Applications and
select unknown sources and go to
preferred install location and select
internal memory, scroll down to
Development, and select "USB
debugging and Allow mock location.
STEPS TO ROOTING TECNO P3
1. Download and install Poot to your
phone memory.
2. Open or launch Poot it will tell you
that "This application requires
ministro service" and you would be
asked if you like to install it.
3. Download and install Ministro II
library (from Google play store).
4. Open Poot, it will require you to
update QT libraries, your phone will
automatically reboot(or reboot
manually).
5. Wait till Poot has completely
updated QT libraries and if it fails be
patient and keep retrying till it's
successfully.
6. Now your phone will automatically
restart but if not; switch or tun off
your phone.
7. Remove your memory card and
probably one or both of your Sim
cards.
8. Switch or turn on your phone and
allow to load to the home screen.
9. Quickly go to your phone menu and
launch or open poot.
10. Now select the first options i.e.
"press here to poot".
11. Your phone will freeze and then
automatically restart.
12. Quickly go to your phone menu and
launch or open poot again.
13. If successful you will have 3
buttons.
14. Select the second option to
download and install super user .
15. Select the second option to
download and install root checker .
16. Launch or open Root Checker and
click on verify root access to check if
your device is rooted.
17. Congratulations your phone is now
rooted!
If you don't succeed in rooting your
phone at step 10 i.e where your phone
hangs and refuses to restart. Just take
out your battery and put it back in,turn
or switch it on and repeat step 7 - 10.

edrys: Where did U get ur info from Bro. I am proud owner of Tecno n3 and have never xperienced all dat U wrote here, whatever problem encountered on any of the phones is as a result of Third Party software malfunction. So next time get ur facts straight b4 misleading pple.

Andriodking: Pls stop confusing ur self with customiz and uncustomiz der is no diff,, execpt dat u will get it N12000 from etisalat and de giv u new line with N100 mb but d phone doesnt change ataaaaaaallll,,,, some said n3 has more ram and Rom lie rubbish.... P3 is more dan N3 ,,root or unrooted if u want to enjoy big game u move apps2Sd or u link it to SD after doing some mgic with ur memory card...d tin is dat i saw d internal memory of N3 same or even smaller dan my P3 period....p3 can do skype and video call, front and back camera with flash no be beans, with other sexy application we follow am come am dahmm proud of my P3 if u are not ,,,na u sabi,,N3 is expensive and full of error dats why P3 is d correction..its like comparing nokia3110c with NOKIA 6300,,,and pls for those of u seeing drivers not found while connecting to pc ,,solution loading
