i'd rather green lantern gets a film b4 being expanded on hbo max than them rushing new gods. NG should serve as a c0nnector/hist0ry point for the dceu, where we get to kn0w m0re abt the old gods, and as a sub plot the guardians of the universe, ancient races like the m0nitors etc. Gl deserves a cinematic release.

How were your doubts justified when they announced that they are going ahead with the flash movie and yet you still didn't believe?

for 6 yearz did we ever see a flash film? Did it get released the day it was meant to? Hence my doubts were justified. We'd be getting the film 8 yearz after it's ann0uncement, that's if they d0n't shift it to 2023 cos of the virus and other slates.

actually, bk in 2014, it was ann0unced n0t green lighted. Just as they [the media] said jef m0rgan would play t0m wayne. There's a difference btw green light and ann0unce. Cyborg film, aquaman 2, shazam 2 have been ann0unced as at present but n0t green lightd. When u green light, it's like giving it a go for pre producti0n. Flash as at then was just ann0unced, and when it came to its green light, it startd having director troubles.

how do u expect the batman to be in the dceu? The cast is so different esp with the race of gord0n being changed. If reeve wanted to keep to the dceu, his cast would fit the dceu storyline. jl was supposed to be a bill dollar stuff, it didn't even make man of steel BO. I w0n't hype it until the film is set. Yea, reeve verse is separate but Pu7pl3 and thekingishere kept arguing it wasn't. Reeve is one strict director like n0lan who likes to do his own thing. It was pretty evident pattins0n was it's own thing. The only way the batman could be forced in is if Reeve is out or the franchise under performs and they wanted to keep Pattins0n.

Difference with this one, Actor/s is already being cast and confirmed as opposed to the previous projects. We already know who's playing Flash plus 2 additional cast reveals with one playing a major role. That's already set in stone. Production date confirmed already for next year, Location being negotiated and tax reliefs.

It's also very obvious WB is much focused on Solos now. Flash is the biggest Solo amongst others yet to come out. So it's logical it's next in line. Besides this is under New Management and different Direction, with a propensity for massive Fan Service.

C0me to think of it, jl m0rtal had an entire cast fr0m supes down to Gl, c0stumes were made etc, sets and all then wb had it canceled. It's n0t set in st0ne if wb is involved. The script is already in the works under Completion, the Cast is slowly getting assembled, and there's the Director already.

It's in full gear. It's a movie WB can't afford to miss for the next 2 yrs.

actually, the flash did have a director who had a script early in 2015. Name's rick famuyiwa. So, it's n0t set in st0ne till they yell Acti0n. Wb are often f0nd of cancelling projects i.e JL m0rtal was way into pre producti0n with george miller, had a full cast only to be called off. Same with s0me superman films, funny en0ugh, henry cavill was cast in one bk in 2004 i think, and it was cancelled.

again, a film is only as great as it's villain. I can't imagine people defending Bop. I mean, the actor had potential but the character was written one kind. I couldn't even relate with the characters, which is surprising as i did relate or find harlequin humanized in suicide squad.
