Or that of poverty, hardship, bad economy, enthroned corruption, institutional decays, nepotism, selectivism, clownishness, high cost of living, lack of electricity, barefaced propaganda, ineptness in resources management, unprecedented borrowing for overheads and for infrastructure, ASUU strikes, brain drain, Capital fleights etc. Which of these legacies does Osibanjo want to continue with if he becomes the president?
