Can't you comment without insulting? I don't blame ppl like you though,if you are frustrated offline, then don't put your frustration on me okay?
I still insist that no hospital,i am not talking about all this jeko-jeko hospital,if a woman comes to them for family planning, they will ask her about her husband, they will ask her if she is married or a single mother!
Please if you don't have anything reasonable to say, don't quote me please!

There is a reason why it is called family plannin,no hospital will conduct FP on a woman without the husband's consent. What the wife did is wrong. The best she could do is talk to the husby.

So many confused females every where, small small girls that no nothing about marriage blaming and cursing someone with years of experience in marriage. Someone despite her schedules, yet does everything to keep her home? Someone that her colleague in the same shoes are getting divorced almost everyday?
And to think that they will also blame her for divorcing the same man? Again confused females everywhere on NL!

Hey guys,

Has anyone dealt with the spirit of masturbation and overcome before? I need firsthand experiences i can learn from not theories.

Thanks.
Hello. Prayers, fasting plus delieverance are not enought to overcome ma.sturbation,i guessed you must have done a bulk of that. Masturb.ation is a spirit that won't go easily. You have to cast it out and ask it never to return again.
I have some tips in my diary, when i am with it,i will let you know.
Don't forget, study the word also, cleanse urself with the blood of Jesus from every unclean spirit. Ask Jesus to help you, trust me,you can't help yourself, remind yourself that you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, and when the urge comes, tell the spirit that Jesus is your Lord, and since He is your Lord, masturbatio.n cannot lord it over you. Be determined and get lost among believers.
May God help us all.

ok. Tanx
Microbiology is a fine course, you can work anywhere, ranging from pharmaceutical company to food industries, basically all FMCG. Hospitals and laboratories, depending on the area of MCB you want to practice. But you have others in d same field, and also biochemistry, industrial chemistry and so on to contend with, so you have to be really good in what you do.
But Nursing is strictly for hospitals, there is always one hospital that will employ you no matter what.
Wish you the best!

Ok. Let me explain things to you....

See everything ever made on earth always and can always serve two purpose except a few things maybe... Take the internet for example it can make or mar you. You can use it to watch indecency join cults meet with astrologers swindle and all but at the same time it can be used to get tutorials on science topics read the bible contribute to mission work and all. Even the biro u can use it to destroy make well even the earth even humans. It may seem like I am contradicting myself bt am not.......

Am trying to tell you that there should be no "because other pple are using it for evil does that mean I should not use it?"question at all its either u serve God or mammon its either u use it for good or evil. Its either you use ur body to glorify God or the devil.... Do not join the multitude to do evil christian instinct should point out who does this most to you how people see the people who started this! When you go into a tattoo artist shop does it seem like a *neutral* or spiritual atmosphere to you?...

What I always conclude at when things like this is put out for debate is "anything that brings into question ur stance in christ or that makes true believers question ur loyalty" don't do it!

The bible says come out and be separate. Anything that will make people doubt whether u are a christian at first glance, don't do it at all. You can't expct me to see you out on the street if you re a girl with Brazilian hair, ass all plumpy in your tight jeans, heavy make-up and a tattoo on your arm and xpct me to thin you a christian not a 'church goer' a genuine christian!

Just like money, when I use it to glory in the flesh it then becomes a sin...

Lemme give you this illustration...
I'm in a bus and let's say someone sees a scribbling on my skin and asks what it says. I then tell him its a verse of the Bible that says I can't be condemned because I have Christ. Through that medium I can share the Good news of Christ. Just like a means of Evangelism...

I am not forcing this on anyone, I believe in personal convictions and also cohabiting with fellow believers in unity.

If my having a tattoo will cause another to stumble, I'll just not have it.
@d bolded, which part of the body are we talking about here? For a christain that has the tatoo on her bumbum or breast, how will the person show what it means? Or how will people see or know that its to glorify God?
As far as i am concern, nobody has shown how tatoo glorifies God.

this girl went abroad to do some modification to her bumbum and she end up dead,as a result of her surgery.
I want to believe she is a christain, and she is at liberty to modify her body to,and this "liberty" eventually led to her death.
Was God Glorified as a result of this bumbum enlargement? Will God be pleased with her death? Or the cause of her death? Is God glorified in her death? So many questions,so many questions!
Goodnight family.

Yes... and by that I mean customs and traditions of men....
Tattoos in Levticus 19:28 was in relation to the pagan practice of tattooing in connection to funeral rites...
Okay.
In The book of Revelations 19:12/16 you see that on Christ's forehead and thigh something's were written which is more like a tattoo. The one written in his thigh says King of kings and Lord of lords which perfectly describes Him.
Lol. I found this kinda funny. I believe this is a guess work,no where was it stated that it was a tatoo, its just your own idea and perception. In somewhere in Isaiah,God said,He has inscribe us in the palm of His hands? Is that a tattoo too? What kinda tattoo will JESUS make on His thigh and forehead? What kinda machine or equipment will make that? If you say its an inscription, maybe i will agree with that, but it can never be a tatto!
So tattooing for Christians is a mode of self expression and worship... I can tattoo on my body a Bible text that I love, the name of a loved one, a word that means so much to me... The tattoos on me then describes who I am, A Creation of God and a Believer.
Are there no better ways to worship or express oneself? I don't think its also scriptural to use tattoo as a form of worship. The Bible says "i am a Son of God,that I am a Believer", I don't have to tatto my body to show that!
Anyways, whatever rocks your boat, but to me,there is nothing Christlike in tattooing!
Romans 12:1-2 should comes to mind!

Hey, Minty, It is important to note that in Lev19:28 the context of the passage was clearly related to false religious practices and is not that of body decoration and other cosmetic body modifications but one of marking one's self in connection with religious worship,God was specifically telling Israel to stay far from the religious practices of the surrounding people groups.
i read through that Leviticus,i didnt see anything like that, like its a religious practices. Let me follow your logic here, tattoo is a practice by other religion,do you think it then glorifies God. Do you know that sme pagans use tattoo as a form of worship to their idols? So are you actually in support of body modification?
But, today tattoo is a decorative means of self expression and personal decoration. There is something called lale which the Hausa's use which is similar to tattoos and is also for ornamentation aimed to beautify their looks just like applying eye pencil.
i know about lale. Ok. Can we classify Lale as a tattoo.
Christians have the liberty to modify their appearance for beauty in many ways such as clothing choice, makeup, correcting a club foot, plastic surgery, hair cutting and colouring, weight loss, body-building, ear piercing.etc
like yetseyi,i will just say hmmm. Christains ar not at liberty to modify their body,it is not scriptural. Some of these things are worldly things, they are things the world do,we christains are not to be part of it. The Bible says we are beautifully and wonderfully made! We are created in God's image and likeness, modifying your body,to me(i mean the revelation that i had) is synonymous to saying that God didnt create you well. We are not of this world,we shouldn't do what the world is doing. Sometimes ago, a popular lady died as a result of a surgrey or let me say modification she wana made to her bumbum,to make her bumbum big,are you saying christains are at liberty to do that?
Tattoo is not for everyone, and is certainly not for a Christian who feels uncomfortable with it.
so if he feels comfortable wit it,it should go ahead? If i feel comfortable with fornication,i can go ahead?
I totally agree with that. But to generalize and say it is a way of defiling God's temple, you may be wrong. If you see the emboldened part of your post you will discover the "I"s and "Me" as regard definition of defiling the temple not as the Bible stated it in I Cor 6:18,19.Believe me, Is just your perception and largely what you have been taught.
It is not my perception sir, neither is it what i was taught, its what i was shown. Its a revelation i caught. Sometimes ago,i heard a man preaching that tattooing is not wrong, that men piencing their ears and using earings is not wrong,i knew the man was wrong,i had to do my personal study and i see that these things are wrong for christains. We are vessels unto God,vessels unto honour, all these things does not glorify God.
Having say that, i reiterate what i posted earlier,I won't encourage it for Christians in this part of the world.
why not? Why would you permit it for christains from other part of the world?
When i was granted admission,we went for screening,we were asked to put of our clothes, the panelists were looking at our body for tattoos,if you have any form of tattoos in your body, thats the end,no admission for you, imagine that scenerio, thats a school,a worldly school for that matter, lol.
I still stand on my conviction tattoing the body is not for christains!

No they aren't... He made mention of it being a sin to you if you're uncomfortable with your decision.

Whatever you believe is wrong becomes a sin to you when you indulge in it.
Can we say it the other way? Your last statement?
Christianity EtcRe: The Christian Chatbox ( sticky) by Mintayo(m): 7:35am On Oct 28, 2014

Including tribal marks tongue.....IMO, there is nothing wrong with tattoos generally. But I won't encourage it for Christians in this part of the world because of the kind of message it sends and the perception. In other not to cause believers with weaker conscience to stumble, it is better avoided. Yes, knowledge makes us feel free but love is what strengthen the church.
You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor tattoo any marks on you: I am the Lord.(Leviticus 19:28)
Again, the Bible says our body is the Temple of the Holy Ghost, do you think tattooing the body will glorify the temple of God? I see it as a desecration of God's Temple. To me, its a stain,a blemish!
Good Morning all!
