HI, any news from NASRDA please?

Heard NASRDA is having delays with budget approval. Please, anyone with an idea how soon things will get sorted?

FCCPC ...please anyone with any Intel or idea when those folks will recruit next? and last time they did too?

My guy at FCT-IRS resumed today.

Ministry job, besides collecting of form is not a big deal. You can walk into FCSC and get the form, once you are qualified. I just explained this because of the "secured" you used. Please don't get wrong.

If it's via due process, I don't think so. I think they're at interview stage right now but anything is possible if you contact the right people or buying.

I served there last year; staff pay wasn't all that good (50k) 'cuz they were working without APL or on secondment, but now it should be much better with loads of allowances, don't know exact figures but the place got juicy overnight and all the big men were grappling for it.

Anyone with an opportunity to go there shouldn't waste it.

No much buzz about INEC on here yet, just asking because i saw a post about it before making any contact

Internal issues, yes! But heard the recruitment is being delayed because of IPPIS too; don't really understand how that got to do with it anything though

I don't think Nasrda would recruit anytime soon. They are having a lot of internal issues right now. If anything, they would want to reduce their workers because too many people were employed in the 2018/2019 recruitment.

All valid points, it's good people are beginning to become aware and cautious of these things, cuz you might just end up giving up your data to a clone website

For me, the website is fishy! Government websites usually end with dot ng dot gov, or dot gov dot ng, not dot com. Then you have http instead of https. His submission was humble and advisory

For NERC, may be not a full blown recruitment but something is developing there underground, don't have any fact yet though

1. Don't send any useless monday morning text or Friday text it does not work.

2. Forget about any letter of recommendation. E no dey work

3. To get FGN work you need a strong connect or millions of Naira.

4. Pray to God to favour you. For Senator failed, HOR failed,perm sec failed My helper came through.

I have a question that has been bothering my mind.

When these Federal MDAs advertise for jobs and do recruitment what percentage of people get the job on Merit (that is without knowing anyone)?

Sometimes I just ask myself why advertise if applicants relationship with their senator (for example) is going to be the major deciding factor

You're not missing anything o. That's our current reality and it has come stay. How everything that defies common sense and convention is considered normal in this our clime is beyond comprehension.

Many like myself did really well in school just to end up against a system like this. How many overqualified candidates are on here that merit a job role and didn't even get past the first stage!

As much as it is disheartening, there isn't any change in sight.

You are right SNBO is newly established. However, its not their first recruitment exercise for experienced hires. I know someone very close to me working there (SNBO), got hired in 2019 as experienced hire. About the pay, its not up to the main shell offer but its also considerably a good pay because it also grows every year and with other benefits. I wont want to say precisely how much here for confidential purpose but its not up to 12m like Amazingguy55 said. Anyways, all the best
