True caller's response is not "not reachable at the moment", it is " user busy". It acts just like you are rejecting the call manually. The person will think you are rejecting his or her calls manually. If you ask me, it's not a good idea except you are really done with the person.

My opinion.

1.Most people go to university to graduate with degrees that would qualify them for office jobs....where they would shuffle papers without thinking for the rest of their working lives.Meanwhile...most companies want people who are ideas persons, problem solvers,etc. Not clerks.Of course...when some gent or lady turns up looking for job....and cannot show that he or she is an ideas man or woman.....

2.Our universities do not teach you how to be a problem solver. For instance...back in the 1980's...a car factory in the USA that was about to be closed because of high running costs....reached out to the local unviersity's department of economics to help them solve their cost problems. Students and lecturers joined hands to develop a plan to sort out the problem. Now...which Nigerian economics department can come and do the same for a Nigerian factory.(None of them).

3.Still on thinking. Our lecturers used to tell us that in order to pass their exams...you have to give them what they taught you in class.That is nice...but the problem is...when a student is doing the exams....he is not using his thinking mind to answer the question....just regurgitating the lecturer'snotes.Sigh....thinking gone.

4.Assignments. Most students when asked to do an assignment....just go and copy from textbooks and websites. No synthesizing of ideas from sources.

In brief....the problem is....our educations system does not teach students to think....they teach students to just regurgitate what the lecturer told them.May help in getting a first class from uni....but in the real world...where you have to formulate solutions....

5.Most Nigerian students think that learning is only in class. No. Learning is a continuum.

The soldier is wrong with his actions, but this is not the first case of this occurring. It is common place to see military personnel flaunting excessively in the midst of civilians, maltreating civilians with a military mindset.

A man who has seen his comrade killed, and has equally killed, would not reason as the common civilian, hence means should be sought to help cater for our military personnel (Psychologically) and integrate them properly into civil society.

I served in ebonyi state and I can emphatically say with empirical evidences that the examination malpractices in Ebonyi and its environs is massive and I haven't witnessed such in my life before.

@OP WAEC/NECO is beans over there. On important subjects days like Maths, Eng, Chem, Phy, a WAEC invigilator can go back home with #25,000. He releases the questions and teachers of the miracle centre solve them and photocopies are made for as many students that paid for miracles . If an invigilator is so lucky that he is posted to a booming miracle centre to invigilate 3 of those hot subjects, chaii that's like #75,000. How much does wAeC/NECO even pay him/her monthly?.

@OP if you really want to support your claims, kindly ask JAMB (mind you it's CBT not PAPER anymore) to show you their figures statistically and geographically, I tell you, you would be amazed and pity our secondary school students in the east and nigeria at large.

However, to be honest, education has improved at the secondary school level thanks to good corpers from good schools serving in these local schools. By the time I started teaching ss1 students Maths, Physics and chemistry, they thought I was a god. But by the time I waas passing out some of them can even solve problems better than their seniors.

@OP don't be deceived and/stop deceiving your self, malpractice is still at large in Nigerian schools. Thanks to Jamb for CBT, by the time WAEC/NECO follow suit, we will know the true state of our secondary school education.
