Fuel Subsidy was like a rotten tooth that needed to be extracted.
Normal procedure is to apply anaesthesia before extraction.
But our case was that of extracting the tooth before contemplating how to apply anaesthesia.

And the worse part of it is that they don't even know the anaesthesia to apply. And they have no intention of even applying any because they are not feeling the pain.
