For someone who talks a big game you do have low self esteem. So you get self-respect as a married woman and you are looking for approval from the society you live in? Wow it would be nice if you could show some empathy. Have you ever loved in your life? So you think it is easy to get married to someone you have no feelings for? Why do you think there are so many unhappy married people out there? Would you be happy if you found out that your husband married you because he was trying to get over his ex? You should instead encourage him to heal himself and appreciate the fact that he has been honest about his predicament. Depression is a serious mental illness and it is time we showed more understanding of people who suffer from it. When it is severe it takes a while to get out of the funk.

It doesn't matter to me why my husband married me as long as he gives me peace and performs his duties.
