Una go kill me . . . . . . .I say, una don kill me. Lmffskao!!!

All this big big grammar for common issue like this? Una noh get work!!

MJacksons:
It is not right before God to spread, join in spreading or cause to spread an 'unconfirmed' rumour. It is tantamount to gross foolishness (and perhaps slowpoke idiocy) to spread that which is not confirmed and then ''apologise in advance if found to be untrue'' Why the rush of adrenalin to spread evil 'unconfirmed' rumour capable of a denting a person's image instead of wisely  waiting for confirmation first, especially on such sensitive matters.

There were so many rumours about the death of Late President Yar' Adua, but all the earlier reports proved to be FALSE. How? Because no authentic, irrefutable source(s) could confirm them. But when the breaking news came at around 11.00pm that day on all TV stations, all quoting Tola Adeniyi, even a mad person could tell that this was the truth! So, inherently, it is not too difficult to confirm or dispel a rumour and you don't have to be a journalist! All you need is some measure of intelligence and a healthy, discerning mind.

One, you don't depend on only one source, no matter how close the person can be to the rumouree. In this particular case, D'Banj is an international artiste and his arrest, whether by mistake or otherwise, will attract some media attention instantly. So, confirmation from one or two 'authentic & irrefutable' news media should have been done to quality control the supposed 'false' rumour.

We all cannot forget Dr. Tai Solarin of blessed memory. Through his column in the Tribune, he had cause to spread a certain 'rumour' about another public figure and the public figure later sued him for libel. When the late social critic was asked the source of his 'rumour,' he said he heard it from a passenger in a bus!

It is because of things like this that fundamental human rights, justice and fairplay demands that a person is innocent until proved guilty. If untrue, how do you think Dbanj would feel if he reads this on Nairaland? He may even feel that it was sponsored by Seun himself. QUO VADIS

Dr. Kitaun, from all and intents and purposes you stand condemned in Heaven above and on earth for causing to spread an 'unconfirmed' rumour and whatever you say now will be used against you in a court of law. Your IP address has been noted for likely prosecution at a later date.
. . . .and who stands to prosecute him? D'banj? Ask him to Fùck himself. cool
Why at a later date? He needs time to clear his mess? grin
Plus, who are You? His mouthpiece or publicist?  undecided undecided

Dolemite:
Are you daft? you keep using these words, grapevine sources, investigative journalism. . .it all means the same thing, it's UNFOUNDED, no PROOF it's a rumour you GOOF!! angry
I want to believe You have a personal issue with Kitaun before now, else, You're taking this too far. cool

Mr,
Your write-up is flawed. If presumption is allowed here, In ma opinion, this is an empty cry of a dude who has had bad luck with women or has lost a Lady to a rich dude . . . .Get over it, You aren't the first victim.

Brownteeth:
Cos the list above is a deceptive mask.
Says who?

Brownteeth:
When you pull out this mask to expose the true look of things, what you gonna see is just one word,  MONEY. When a usual toasting scene is in progress, the guys are busy churning out 1000 toasting lines and bars and the ladies are busy trying to estimate and calculate how much the guy probably worths. At the end, the girl's decision depends on the result of her calculation; whether the guy is loaded enough or not. This whole process is just time consuming when all these can be done in a very easy and quick way. Since all that ladies want is MONEY, why can't ladies simply wear a colossal price tag which tells how much money she expects from any interested guy who wants to date her? So that when an interested guy comes arround and checks the price, instead going through the rigours and time wastage of toasting and "may I buy you a drink" bla bla, all he needs to do is say these four words: "I can afford it"
On ma list, there's money and some of the above mentioned qualities- and they are as important [if not more] as money, such that, the presence of money alone cannot demean their significance. I would want a man who's financially healthy for a lotta reasons outside/other than ma interest.

I don't know what kinda Ladies You roll with - prolly hungry ones who tend to allow all their problems fall on their men- but we are all not like that. Some of us can do for ourselves and therefore need no man's money to feel/look good.

I mean, who wants a 'Money-miss-road', a Bob Izua for a husband or boyfriend? undecided

neily:
Guy, every woman wears a price tag. Yes! Starting from the hair style to the quality of clothes she wears, to the quality of her shoes, and even her make up. You know her class by the way she dresses.
Can You expatiate on this?

I still listen to his music but he needs to step to the left. Don't like Nigerian culture? Keep the one you were raised with and live your life. I can't stand when people don't like a culture that has existed before they came into existence (and will continue after they're gone) because it doesn't cater to what they want.
