CityNG: Good, now f-off troll.Bros you did a nice job explaining what others couldn't, why are you back to the argument? There will not be a winner in this, just passionate users emotionally attached to their cars. Abeg let's get back to the basis of the thread please. |
OK o...u have all tried. I thank you all very much. |
Speed and the rest isn't much of a problem to me. If you have used this E36 what was your experience like. Maintenance, spare parts availability, fuel consumption and the likes. Just simple details. Thanks anyways for the education it was still worth my time. |
Lexusgs430: The OP is probably more confused now, after all this arguments !!!!!You read my mind I swear. |

When shopping for your wedding ring please avoid buying pure gold because you may regret it. SOURCE: http://weddingsbymax..com/2014/09/18-karat-or-24-karat-gold-wedding-ring.html |
valmunich: Jeez! Does the precious metal matter that much? What happened to real love? Smh!Oh no. People let's get off our moral high horse and focus on the issue. All other factors being equal, if you were offered this two forms of Gold which would you pick assuming the facts weren't stated? which one be love and money matter now. Besides if them put sugar for your mouth you no go leak? |
Baddestguyp: sorry, Im into diamondsehhhhhhh ![]() |
Sincerely which will you pick? It's true that a 24 karat wedding band should have more gold than an 18karat wedding band. But the 24karat will not be a good pick because gold in its purest form is soft at room temperature. This means pure gold on your finger will feel like candle wax and might start melting into your skin(winks) because it cannot take proper form or shape. 24karat gold comprises 100% gold while 18karat comprises 75% gold and 25% other metals. Hence the 18karat gold is ideal for wedding rings because it is rigid, will take shape and won't feel like candle wax nor melt into your skin. So when that colleague at the office is saying she has pure gold on her finger, you know the right answer to give her. Exponental: CV errors affected me sometimes ago. I actually saw d advert late n was very busy @ work then (I think we were preparing for an audit). I quickly forwarded a CV on d system not knowing it was corrupt. When d HR head saw it, he said, what is this? He stood up, n that was d end. His colleague showed me what I sent, though my details where there but mixed with jaggons. I cried cos dat was d final stage after exams, a stage many didnt get to.so sorry. |

You think because of your grade you are not good enough for that job role because you were not called for an interview? You just might be wrong. Sometimes you are qualified for a job role, you have requisite experience yet its difficult landing a job. Let me explain. A number of factors stand against you just like many other candidates out there. The race is brutal. One of such factor is that computer. Computer algorithms are designed to help HR screen candidates amongst the tens of thousand applying for a job role by an elimination process. Through complex algorithms and matrices the computer searches for key words in your CV's. The implication of this is; a good CV from a qualified candidate lacking in those key words but containing similar words will be eliminated by the system whilst a CV from a less qualified candidate containing those key words will be shortlisted. So the home work then is knowing the right keywords. I have challenged a number of HRs to apply for the same jobs they advertise if their beautiful CVs will pass through their own computer algorithm (screening process). Guess what? few did and they were eliminated. Its nobody's fault. Like lottery, there is an element of luck in all of these but don't be lazy and don't be too hard on your self. A lot of HR and CEOs have been sharing wonderful insights with me for my TV show. Its been mind blowing. I will be sharing these insights with you on nairaland.. I also want HR personells to help shed light on this. By the way Where are the geniuses jarus and xfire? |

So you should have an idea of my current salary. i dont wanna mention it here coz of confidentiality and security as well. You are seeking information when you are hiding your financial information. Does anyone know your name, your bank or your contact? Anyways as a finance person you are supposed to know. Nonsense. |
