Your ignorance is on another level. I don't know him neither do I know you, but if you know how much people like you make online from digital skills, you will never ever work for anybody again. The last time I worked for any company was 8 years ago. Be humble and ask him to put you through instead of sounding childish. It's still on this forum that I learnt what I do currently and it pays 5 times more than my former salary, yet I have my freedom.

You younger folks are always quick to use careless words. go to other forums like reddit, and see how respectful people comment on threads.

Please if you don't mind, can you tell me that thing you learnt from here which you work with now?

Hmmm that's a touching story right there. Well I will be honest with you. Do exactly as you think you should which is to CUT EM OFF! Your Dad doesn't look like someone who is going to turn a new leaf anytime soon, and your brother is deadly and may hurt or even kill you if care isn't taken. Imagine your own brother making such heavy allegations against you despite the fact that you are only trying to draw him close and teach him proper manners. Same guy blew his school fees, heavily Into drugs and obviously has no life goals.
If your Poppa wants to ruin his life, let him do so. That shouldn't bother you much cos they obviously don't want you in...

If you continue to keep close with such person, he might begin to envy your progress in life and come hunting you down. Yes, he's capable of that, going by this story of yours. Also, you said getting closer to them has affected your growth and plunged you to problems. I'm sure you don't want that to keep happening to you Bro...

MR Man, Focus on yourself, your Mom and your Sister for now. Thank God your Older Sis has escaped the madness already and you're doing the best you can for yourself too. Focus on helping your Momma and kid Sis and if possible, keep them far away from those people. Forget your Old Man and that guy completely. Stay away from them and watch from afar cos You don't need them. If God wants, you all will be cool with each other later in life. And if not, let it be that way... Peace!

Lol ... If you're well to do yourself, you don't need to set your Brother up in your name or expect returns from him monthly while you pay him off. Why not just set him up once and for all and focus on your own means of livelihood... Of course if he's a sensible person, he will definitely show you gratitude for the gesture later on ( You already said he's a loyal person).

Just fix him up and let him be and make sure your parents are aware if it too. Their Blessings will be with you... Well, except if he's not your Blood Brother sha or You yourself isn't well to do, that's when you will reason this way... Because if he's truly your Blood brother and you're doing well yourself, that thought you're nursing in your mind portrays you as a Stingy Person.

Well thats My thought anyways, maybe cos of the kinda family I come from and Siblings I have...

There's a saying that says , "for you to be a leader you need to first be a servant". My reason for saying this is for you to know that you need to learn from people that are way ahead of you in this business. But Learn from the good ones with clean image, because how you learn matters a lot.

I'll advise you look for a good and reputable estate management agency close to you and work with them for some time so you can gather the experience, knowledge and internal and external connections you need to help you grow. If you have a big future in this business, I'll also advise you further your education on it, attend seminars so you can upgrade and keep upgrading. That's one of my future plans, because it will definitely be one of my top establishment in the future.

Lastly, your character, it matters a lot in this business. If you're not honest people will run from you. Avoid stingyness, learn to share the cake when the deal is done.

Goodluck bro.

Thanks very much. God bless

Real estate management. I never thought of doing something like this after I graduated, but I was waiting for my call-up letter wen my sister told me that his boss who's a real estate manager and surveyor needs a site agent in one of the properties he's managing. So I quickly went for it, and he gave me the job. That's how my journey started in real estate business. I did that job in 2016, 2017 I went for service and came back 2018, thesame boss saw me and told me to continue working for him, this time it was more official with a salary of 35k. That's how I worked with him for some time then 2020 I started doing the business on my own after years of getting some experience, connection and knowledge about it.

I can boldly tell you now that the estate business is what's feeding me right now, although I've not sold property yet, only renting of houses and land for now. But by the grace of God I'll hit my target very soon.

Hello. Please I want to delve into this Real Estate business too. I am a graduate too and business isn't moving well. Please I have few questions

Do I need to have some sort of Certification or registration before I can become an Estate agent?

Also, how do I know when and where there are Properties available to sell or market to potential clients? How do I connect with people who have properties to sell or rent?

Thanks!

Someone that is in love you are advising not to be harsh... If there is any word more than mean or harsh better let him show it cos that's their best way to wean himself and purge out there love virus inside him... The less you see and interact with the girl they better for you

Did you read the part where I said it's fine if he reduces the closeness a bit to clear off the feelings from his mind?

No one is saying he shouldn't show it, what we're saying is, he shouldn't ruin the friendship because of that. It's of no use

I had to login because I am in a similar scenario. I seek your wise counsel & that of others.....
After over 3 weeks of WhatsApp & calls, we went on a date, spent over 3hours there. Told me because of her mom's pressure, she recently started a new relationship (distant one) after 2years of singlehood & she doesn't double date, never did & never will, but she likes me blablabla. Told her I appreciate her sincerity & wouldn't want to be an asunder that I wish her good luck. She got angry & said we are still friends, she likes me & that man propose but God have the final say. Told her thanks for liking me but I cannot be an option or a fallback plan. Discussed with my friend & he said I should play along & pipe.
Here is my dilemma, in the cause of our discussions, I found out this girl is loaded with ideas, her entrepreneurial drive is top notch. She opened my eyes/brains to some money making opportunities I never knew existed or I looked down on. We discussed alot of things & she is very current. Stylishly asked about telemundo, bbnaija & the likes, but she told me she is not a fan of any, if it's not about making money & expanding her brand she doesn't bother. The only 2 category of ladies I can really want is either a career lady or a business minded lady. What's your advice senior ?

Hmmm Okay Bro. Well here’s my take on this. In as much as you like this lady and consider her as ambitious and focused, which every sane Man would love to have as partner of course. I would still advise you maintain your friendship with her and if possible, make the friendship more solid as you can always tap from her business and entrepreneurial ideas and knowledge still. You already said she made it clear to you that she has a Man already and she would NEVER double date too. Even if she agrees to double-date, I’m sure you wouldn’t be comfortable being a side guy to her or you being the Main guy knowing there’s also a side guy somewhere too. You will obviously have your insecurities about the situation and the relationship will be problematic in the process.

Since she’s cool with you being friend and doesn’t wanna lose the friendship, you should keep it that way. After all, you don’t have to be in a relationship with her before you both tap some knowledge from each other, you can still do that while being friends. If you really want to be her Man, that will be if she ends her affair with her current guy. And please, whatever you do, DO NOT, be the one to persuade, tell or pressure her to call it quits with that guy. That will be unfair and nemesis might catch up with you later on. Instead, just go with the flow as it is now and see what the universe and nature has in stock for you both. If you both will end up being couples, trust me, it will happen cos things might just go wrong with her relationship with that guy. And if it’s not designed to be that way, be happy and enjoy your friendship with her. But like I said, do not be the one to ruin their relationship.
Good bless you..

Lol.. You're obviously the problem MR. I am a Man too and I will tell you the truth. Since that lady has told you she is in a relationship and she stands by her words, why not let her be and keep it moving? Also, You don't have to be bitter towards her all because she turned down your advances. If you are to be the other guy she is dating and wants to get married to, would you be happy someone, especially your soon to be Wife's Colleague snatches her away from you? Do you know how much the guy has invested in the relationship and how far they've gone together? Leave that lady alone and look for your woman elsewhere! It's not even advisable to get involved in Workplace romance. I find it cringy and believe me, most of such relationships don't end well. How do you have relationship with someone you see at home daily and still see each other at work? Na wah!

Since she has made it clear she doesn't want you, you don't have to be cold to her for her nice gestures towards you. Its fine if you reduce your closeness with her a bit, at least for you to get over whatever you're nursing in your mind towards her, but don't be harsh or cold to her regardless, especially when she still tries to be nice around you. You should balance the situation...

You need to praise yourself, for the fact that you still have it in mind to forge ahead
Life has it processes and you are just passing through,
I was far worse at 23,
I just finished my secondary school,

So, what next...plan your life,
Look to the.next goal you need to.achieve and do everything to get it,
Take your goals one after the other,
If your male..think along softskills and technical skill because somehow..you will need both
Infact .I would say you are in perfect standing,
Look inward at what you know is the best for you now and pursue it,
I started pursuing mine at 28...so I would say you are not late

There's nothing better about his situation. He is not 23 years old. Read what he wrote well. He means he has been a graduate for 23 years, he graduated since 2008. So how is that better?

GodWrites:

People like you deserve suffering. You have no tangible job, yet you rushed to get married. That zeal for marriage, if you had used it to look for a job, you would have been in a better place. My mates are getting married let me join them. As if life is a competition. I only pity the poor kid. Give up the child for adoption. That innocent baby doesn't deserve to suffer hardship due to your mistakes.

You be Mumu. So even if he hasn't had a good job, someone of his age shouldn't be married by now? Did you read what he wrote well at all? Hes not 23 years Old. What he means is, he graduated 23 years ago which is 2008. Now imagine how old he is now... Apparently, he even got married late cos he said his first child is just 2 years old now and the Wife is Pregnant with the second. Ode!🤡

Lol. I personally have lost interest in that App that even most times now, I forget I have the App on my Phone. The only feature that mostly takes me there sometimes now is The Marketplace whenever i have things to sell urgently or buy at cheaper rate.... Reason I lost interest is cos I realized long ago that a lot of people in there post all sorts of irrelevant nonsense in their feeds and I get irritated by that. I see most people in there as not really matured mentally, just physically. Making all sorts of posts that don't make any sense, plus revealing too much about themselves and families too.

I also feel like there are some people In there who act like monitoring Spirits watching one's progress based on what he posts and does in there. Hence, I stopped posting much about myself, can't even remember the last post I made in there. I've decided to be posting stuffs there now when I feel it's just important I do. I can't be feeding people updates about what goes on in my life and family's anyhow.

My favorite Apps now are Twitter, Instagram and TikTok. In that exact order.

I love Twitter just because of the Trending topics where I get to know what's going on for the day and I get updated.

Instagram also to check some News, comedy posts and skits (I follow a lot of Naija Blogs and Instagram commedians), football updates etc. Almost like Twitter.

And TikTok whenever I'm bored and need something to make me smile. I also get to learn new things in there everytime, be it spiritually, Phine hacks, life hacks, business and finance tips, DIYs etc... TikTok has too much contents that one one can never get tired of it. Na Only Data dey make me run from am sha cheesy grin

Affirmative! They do work. You don't even really need the VIP Package most times. I personally use the free package and I get buyers for my stuffs. But if you're looking at selling faster, especially if you own a shop for the items and want to attract potential customers... I think it's advisable.
