Sam Melaye leads NASSLAF team to visit colleague

Today, a team of members of the National Assembly Legislative Aides, led by its Chairman, Comrade Sam Melaye visited a colleague, Barr. Beko Beni who was stabbed on his way home after close of business on Tuesday.

Barr. Beko has since then been admitted at the Asokoro General Hospital, Abuja.

Investigation by The Town Crier NG revealed that out of 1226 students that emerged as  the 2018 beneficiaries of the scholarship by Kogi state government, only 98 are from the Igala speaking part (Kogi East), while the Okuns (Kogi West) got less than 50 slots.

Breaking News : Governor Bello looses case against Civil Servants



National Industrial Court sitting in Lokoja in a judgement delivered by Justice Jains Bashiru on 21/3/2018.

The court nullified the sacking of FOREST GUARD, that was employed by Wada Government and sacked by Governor YAHAYA BELLO.



The order are as followed:

1. The declaration that claimant more than 90 are civil Servants in the Kogi state civil service and they are entitled to their salaries, allowances and training for the effective performance of their duties as FOREST GUARDS.

2. An order for the payment of salaries and allowances for the claimant.

3. An order for the training and equipping the claimant as forest guard.
