ajoyeleke:
Good evening fellow nairalanders, my business moguls and the bankers in the house. I'am a young graduate who just finished nysc but cannot cope with the stress of getting the non-exixtent white collar job in the country.
I have a lucrative business idea of using point of sale machine (p.o.s) in places that are populated but without available bank nearby, so people can withdraw with their a.t.m cards while I give them cash and also deposit money for them via my mobile transfer. This is lucrative as I can make extra 3,000 naira as gain daily.
So my questions are:

1: what are the condition for getting p.o.s machine from the bank?
2: how much commission does the bank charge per transaction?
3: Are there any other extra charges like monthly maintenance e.t.c?
4: Is there any monthly target by the bank?
5: how fast can getting the machine be processed?
6: Other questions u feel might be relevant in this line of business which I didn't think of?

If you know of some populated places especially in south west (university, college of education, ploythecnics) that are not having banks or a.t.m nearby pls kindly suggest them thanks
I'd like to know the outcome of your findings. Thanks in advance. I suggest you go to access bank and you will get something tangible with agency banking. I mention access because I visited a few banks but it was access that gave me a better option . Good luck

Hahahahahahaha

Very well,if I follow what I see on social media,I will call him a liar,
If I follow what I averagely have seen physically,he will not be wrong...but again,I think he was just massaging ego Sha....there are good and bad people everywhere.
Nonetheless,I wasn't comfortable with his speech, just another campaign of ....we have done this,we have done that...our enemies have attacked us again....and all that........
I think it should more be of,this is the economic plan for the New Year, this is the force of action, no glimmer of hope,no succour ahead,no re-assurances,......all were out-of-place.
I think the most important line was "this is the political season, the actors should not involve ethnicity and tribalism"(though ironic),but at least it's diplomatic.
Happy New Year to everyone.
Well said. You have said it all Sir Alex Ferguson.

Please outline the safe investments. I am interested in them.
Depends on where your interest lies. That been said, what kind of business are you looking at? There are lots of businesses to do if you check the biz section of NL. But if you ask me, I'd suggest supplies. Basically , its the supply of goods to customers in wholesale prices and then you get your return after a week, though depends on the kind of supplies cos some might take more than a week. Whether you like it, people must eat. so supplies that have to do with eatables will be a go , if only you can identify your market as well as know your customers . Good luck sir.

There are safe investments, try see an investment expert or be a passive investor in a business. As regards being a passive investor, you need someone honest and truthful for it to pull through since you are not actively involved . Good luck in your endeavors .

Romance › Re: Guys, Would You Marry A Lady That Earns More Than You? (Video) by mixter(m): 9:18am On Nov 03, 2017
ImaIma1:
Nothing wrong if a woman earns more. It is her character that is the issue, not whether or not she earns more. And as long as the guy is not laid back and lazy, there is no problem.

From my experience, when my husband and I started dating, i was earning more...i had a car and he didnt. But all that didn't matter to both of us and we were not stingy. Now he earns more and that is still no problem.
It depends on the ego and character of those involved.

Life is not meant to be hard. We allow some unnecessary factors cloud our reasoning. Who cares who earns more? As long as we have a common goal, it is not an issue. Besides, two have become one.
Thanks for your insight. Its so much relieving when I hear or listen from the experienced one. Atleast, you've crossed the bridge and it says a lot.

On this same nairaland where some guys were saying that they can't pray for their wife to earn more than them?
Anyways waiting for the replies.
Quite an archaic mentality if you ask me. There's absolutely nothing wrong if she earns more than I do. No doubt, every man should strive to sustain his family with what he earns. My candid opinion is, I have no issue if she earns more than I.

with the way he's answering questions, his IQ is somehow low. And he sounds like someone that would be very easy to manipulate by Godfathers and ogas at the top. Saying Makinde is your role model alone means you will be loyal to him for life. the guy doesn't sound like he has anything to offer Oyo,he sounds like someone that would get there and loot to pay all the debts on his farmer father's neck and the well wishers he was referring to. I expected a more sound minded youth, this guy is just not mentally sound enough for politics, this is not SUG politics o,politics requires brilliance if you really want to serve your people no matter your age. And you don't criticize anybody directly, you do it collectively because that's how Buhari started too and got there throwing blame games at Jonathan, you should rather get there,do everything you can for your people,be transparent and be far more mature than your age. sorry to say o but that's my opinion.
Well spoken . I was surprised to hear his mentor. I would have expected him to mention names that changed things for the better and yes saying Mr Makinde alone. E get as e be.

Wow.
I won't attack her on this one.Almost everybody sometimes had hallucinatory unrealistic wishes.its healthy for the body - and breeds hope for better possibilities.she has her reasons though selfish, but she should know that everything in life comes with a prize. However,My displeasure with women with high demands as this is that,if she gets lucky to marry a rich man tommorow, she will quickly come to media the next day to vent that money is not everything and blablabla...after she discovers her man a woman beater.
Wise words you have up there. Kudos.

[quote author=pocohantas post=61732769]NO. Not just having the degree, but being grounded in his field...academically.

Please, nobody should come here to form holier than thou and smh for Nigerians. We all have something that attracts us to the opposite sex, love isn't blind after all. That's why some guys won't marry that hardworking girl selling fish in the market, you'll prefer the hardworking banker.

For some, it's religious inclination, some educational, physical, financial, cultural...etc. It doesn't make you better than them, you also saw something in your own partner that they probably won't care about, because it's not something that ticks the box for them.

Except you can marry that uneducated, timid, disabled [I mean no offence to this group], and not too good looking male/female, don't just try to form better than others.

We all have our choices, If you're not condescending about it...no probz.[/quote

Such firms don't really accept that unless you have an insider. Who knows, you can meet an expert to craft out something for you.

Just enclose it in an envelop, direct it to the H.R,

Who knows, you may just be lucky!!!

and how are you sure the chick herself didn't go for her own hustle in the name of trip. Abeg, forget matter. It takes discipline and God to spot a clean chick.
Quite true, but we are better than playing the blame games and pointing fingers. Even if she did, she had the decency of doing it in secret, which I don't support nor encourage a gf to do. But look at the guys circumstances , he is kinda squatting if we are to go by the girl's claim and shouldn't have done that. Even if he wanted to do it, he could have done it in secret since he doesn't own the place. Hope you get my drift bro?. I no support the guy in anyway.
Carefully search , I know they still exist. God help us in this matter .

That's one of the perks of love. You will gladly accommodate the guy . No doubt, he did wrong and i totally condemn his acts.
Hope and pray you love the right guy.
As for all the sisi up there. Know this, Wealth doesn't define a man's character.

Excellent experiment I must say. You nailed it with what you wrote up there @magikalz. The main point is , You don't need to get committed before you get all the goodies. The point of asking her out and been in a relationship is to get the goodies right?. Why not , get all the goodies and not be committed at the same time. Commitment comes with a lot of responsibility.
Harddon has really drilled guys here including me. Thanks once again .

If you carefully read from page 0 to 50 . Most questions wouldn't be asked here. An eye- opener indeed. But need I say, the essence of the Thread is to make you a better person and not to make a heartless being cos seem most guys really wanna do some damage to the ladies. Please watch it.

Na your choice o. I won't say you should forgive...but na your choice.
Haaa. I don dey observe you for awhile now. You sound like an expert in relationship matters. Keep it up. You had better start or build a firm around it and before you know it BOOM. You are made. Stop wasting this talent of yours. Good luck.
