Yes, the rates are annualised pro rata.....but they are also discounted hence the higher yield!

Pls explain. I was told 13% interest rate for a 37 days duration but when it was time to get paid, I was told that the interest rate was on per annum basis and so had to be divided by 365 days, leaving me with peanuts in the name of interest rate.

Yorubas dont like the Hausas mutually but liking Biafrans would have been easier if not for the superior complex exhibited by a relevant minority.

Wheneva you guys have issues with the North, your first call is Afonja this and that. Instead of facing those you have issues with, you tend to circumvent to blame Yorubas.

How does Biafra creation affect an average Yoruba man? It has neither negative or positive effect. Instead of being diplomatic and avoid generation of ill feelings from a region you know is known for diplomacy; you guys feel generating hatred is the best option.

I am a nobody to implore people but still I will advice Yorubas to stay out of issues involving Biafrans. Cos am sure we are not ready to force people to stay. I repeat: no one wants to force you to stay. Create Biafra and enjoy it. Other regions too will survive; so will yours.

Note my use of Biafra and not Igbo. Cos i av a lot of Igbo friends who do not exhibit the high grade stupidity i see on this forum.
