Thanks for the response,I was curious cos people were listing epidural as an option when listing CS fees.. I'm not being sarcastic but I've had two(1st was an emergency while the 2nd was elective) so I know what it feeeelllls like. I felt like having an out of body experience within the 1st 12hrs on both occassions cos the pain was real gangster.
I'm getting ready for no 3(& final) and making enquiries to guide budgetting.

Especially mums who had C-sections(emergency or planned), I need to ask a question that has been plaguing me for the longest but must now ask.
I see that when people give fee breakdown they state Dr's, Hospital's(which is always costlier than regular vag delivery) and still go on to list epidural/anaesthetic as a seperate payment, call me *slow*but is it possible to go through a c-section/surgery in an unmedicated state?.

Yes, but I'm 150% sure I'm going to richmond texas cos that's where we have family friends that we are as close as siblings to.. They used to live in 9ja before they won visa lottery in '10... The agency(NCDC) hasn't taken off yet and NO ONE has been given anything.. 70% of the recruitment will be on MERIT(DRs,Nurses, and environmental officer) as they are quite technical, even the Admin & Accounts positions that can be manipulated will still go through the same formality.. The Test will be done in 2-3wks time.
Don't take my word for it,you can produce a snapshot of an issued letter. Peace.

you should try Nisa Premier Hospital at jabi. will be registered there too. hear they are among the best.

If you don't intend to have your baby there eventually, save your cash and go to Fed staff hospital in Jabi instead.. I had my baby there( Nisa) in '09 and two of my friends have had their babies there as well, aint nothing special about that place,most of their good doctors have left to start their own private practice.
Its good but not good enough to charge 750k (it could be more for compicated cases)for a C-section.
