He can make a second trip to Egypt, this time, with his minister of Power, SSA on Power, other Nigeria's Technical crew on Power if he actually becomes the President, which is to provide stable power supply to all Nigerians.

Peter Obi is not a layman as you think, atleast he has been a Governor, he must have initiated &completed some power projects in his State as Governor. As Learned gentleman as Peter Obi is, is open to study a subject matter on paper but with little explanations here &there, he catches it up. &even compare it with other countries, which may have informed his trip to Egypt within Africa as a case study.
He do not need those crowd to accompany him to understudy a particular matter in a foreign country at least he isn't President yet to fund such trip now, he is very Prudent in his spending.

He is not a typical Nigerian leader who go on such trip with crowd with taxpayers money, then come back nothing to implement.

Sincerely, For Egypt to increase the capacity of its Power from 20,000MW to another 20,000MW in 4years is quite commendable.
Its actually a CASE STUDY for all Nigerian Power crew including the Minister for Power, it's a shame Nigeria is still on Less than 10,000MW as giant of Africa, some countries in Europe like Sweden, Denmark, Germany are making efforts to generate power via 100% Renewable Energy.
