make I just say this, no man is sane ooo all of them get craze just that the craze get level, in summary no perfect man out there they all have their short comings of which one must learn to tolerate for peace to reign not that one is a fool ooo or one doesn't know how to react but just because of the kids. i don't support abusive marriage especially verbal and physical abuse ,but pls learn to tolerate your man and avoid things that do lead to misunderstanding.
many people will ask you to leave but believe me they are tolerating what is more worse than yours in their marriage.

make una come help me chook mouth ooo, I have been having series of unexplainable pain since yesterday though EDD stating 2/10, 4/10 & 10/10, so this evening I decide to visit the primary health center close to my house( not where I registered) and lodge a complain though I didn't see any show or water , so the midwife asked me to get a glove for examination of which I did, she checked me vaginally and confirmed I am 2cm already.
so when she wanted to check the foetal heartbeat she told me bluntly that the baby is lying breech of which is true from my last ultrasound scan,
now this is my question
1. should I head to the hospital tonight or wait till tomorrow
2. can the baby be delivered VD or I should just prepare my mind for CS

Congrat to the September mamas dropping it hot hot , and to my October teamie porting; a very big congrat to una as well, as i dey see am sef i don dey eye this September, the way my butt has been aching ehnn; my tiredness is already tired.

good morning Mama's in the house, pls is there any herb one can take to reduce sugar in the blood? hubby has been on admission since Monday till date and the sugar isn't coming down,though it was very high before but now it reduced a bit and it's been fluntuating between 400+ to 500+

My beautiful princess arrived yesterday 5th Sept at 33 weeks weighing 1.8kg through emergency CS because of PIH and preeclampsia. Baby is undergoing observation at the NICU. mother is recovering well. Daddy is doing great too.

Lord our heavenly Father, we thank you for bringing us this far in this journey you have blessed us with. We pray that you see us through the end of the journey with our healthy babies and grant us supernatural deliveries and no loses.

We thank you for our August mothers that have welcomed their loved ones so far, we commit the rest of our August mothers into your hands and pray you will be with them in the delivery room and there shall be no loses.

We are going through this journey in a precarious time with a pandemic that's been riddled with job loses and reduced incomes, but we trust that you will provide all that's required to take care of these blessings you have assigned to us to raise.

We commit our ATC mothers into your hands Lord, we know that you have already perfected their testimonies and they will soon come to manifestation for you said none shall be barren, for this we thank you.

Mamas I need your prayers, contraction started today at 1am, I thought it was false contraction, I went to the hospital this morning and I was told am 4cm dilated at 33weeks, my water is broken too. Cc October cappo. Say a word of prayer for me.

I thought not to share by BS, but when I remembered how I was blessed by the stories of others..it’s worth sharing!
First kudos to every mother..I celebrate you all o!

After scaling through first trimester of threatened abortion (I lost my first pregnancy after 2months after several cramps)
The other part of the journey was smooth except for the usual pregnancy discomfort!

I thought I would birth my baby b4 40 weeks, bcs I had been having on and off contraction at 37 weeks..yet it wouldn’t progress!
I took everything takable even castor oil that landed me at the clinic at 38weeks, I was treated for the excess diarrhea and asked to go back home till real labour started!
God knows I did all the walking and squatting, yet contractions didn’t progress!

At 40 weeks 1day, I went for clinic as usual
I asked I had any complain..I just brushed over the fact that the movement was not as intense as b4..I even said maybe it’s my imagination sha ..the doc that had told me we would see next week said I must do scan b4 I go..the thought of the long queue made me say my baby is fine..doctor no gree o
I got to the scan place, they said it’s late (arnd 10am) that they’ve collected the maximum number for today,hence I should come on Wednesday!
I reported to the doctor..the senior doc asked him to follow me there and tell them it’s urgent!

Finally scan was done and the lady amniotic fluid was zero..she said Madam this baby should have come now..and that the movement was barely noticeable..
She gave me the written report, I tore it open b4 getting to the doctor.. b4 I got to the nurses they had put word that I should be admitted immediately irrespective of what the scan read! When the doc saw the report..he said an emergency CS had to be done
My world crashed..CS ke..not after I prayed against it (I dreamt abt it)
Hubby dashed in from work
By evening the Cs was done, baby girl came out fine!
Let me add that I gave the surgeon stress o..the injection given to numb my waist down did not work..I would say doctor don’t cut me yet o..th injection has not started work..I was shivering and scared.. they had to pass another injection via the line which made me unconscious!

After the Cs I woke up with pain.. I couldn’t not collect Pent injection bcs I react to it, and another one bcs I had ulcer
It was a long night..I almost had zero affection for my baby
By 3rd day I could move arnd well..hoping to be discharged..then baby was diagnosed with jaundice!

Oh my! The pain and stress of leaving my ward to neonatal unit to breastfeed (milk was not flowing, yet they didn’t allow formula)
In all on Sunday after so much prayer jaundice level reduced to 6 and we were discharged! Glory to God

The night vigil is real, but I bare the sleepless night with joy..my supply has been meeting her need..she sucks like a boy...always hungry

I pray other expectant mamas will carry their bundle of joy

#Rant time!!! Am just too emotional these days... Just now am happy and smiling d next minute am sad and moody for no reason. Am gradually turning to cry cry baby... If DH no gree kpekus i wil start crying... if he does i will start crying. D guy man no understand my matter again... Every little thing crying will start. My kids don turn to my consolers... My 3years+ will keep asking me if it is my baby that is making me to cry lols (see my life for public oo). I will answer yes and another tears will flow. I can't wait to come out of this phase mbok d drama queen is too much. Mamas who is experiencing this kind of thing? Hope am not alone? #End of rant.

I registered for Antenatal at Lasuth for Fridays, Please I'd like to ask, can I go see the Doctor when it's not my antenatal day? Cause I've been down with Cough and Catarrh and I've been told I can't take drugs, just warm water and fruit.

Want to meet the Doctor probably she can prescribe drugs for me and my next appointment is still next week Friday.

pls whenever you have a complain,go to the hospital don't wait till your appointment day bikonu

A nurse once said is very risky to take cold drinks (frequent) it has effect on the baby, it makes ones blood to block and not flow well, also when not pregnant. Same as soft drinks like coca cola,fanta,Pepsi etc

my first trimester wasn't a funny period at all and the only thing that sustain me then was ice block, the only thing I could tolerate then was ice block and tea due to morning sickness , any other thing will end in tears, at a time hubby was against it but later when he sees that that was the only thing my body was tolerating. na him sef day always arrange the ice block. but now I am fine , already in my third trimester.

Wifey is 39 weeks and she is feeling pains in the lower abdomen, the VJ, the anus as well as the waist. Then there is this tightening she is feeling in the stomach and it's hard, seems not to be going soft, and if it does, it goes after long hours. But the pain seem to be constant, coming almost every minute.

Also there is this milky water that drips down once a while too. It's bn happening since about a week now.

Please what is wrong. Are we safe? Should we start dashing to the hospital?

Good morning my sabi mamas, nobody told me d vigilante is like dis... I'm 11days postpartum, I dared to look down below last night with a mirror and wasn't really pleased with what I saw. I've been extra careful not to open my stitch but alas, I think what I saw is an open wound and the midwife already told me it can't be re-stitched if it opens. Please, come to my aid with suggestions on how to care for the episiotomy site.

with the little knowledge I've had, prepare a warm water ( not hot oooo) add detol to it and little salt ( though some people have been discouraging use of salt but that's what I use when I have it) pour it in a plastic bucket /paint and sit on it, ensure you sit on a wooden surface ( apoti) so that you wont be polluting via vaginal, and also take your drugs judiciously especially vitamin C, and whenever you pea always try to clean up with water preferably.

a very big congrat to those who have delivered and for those of us still preggy safe delivery to us all IJN , and for the TTC mum , this year will not pass you by
