tnuola: Lol.. There's a (f) after my moniker.. I'll advice you not to do any thing diploma with your bsc and MSC.. Dont u want a PhD ni.. If by all means you want a diploma u could do the info tech and write a convincing sop on why you're doing that
@tnuola u're very funny @ the above... grin grin shey Ph.D na by force ni... Moreso you didn't consider the hassles of getting a supervisor... Think Msc is his best bet, of course with a strong SOP.

Salam Bros n Sis, been ffg this thread lightly and from the most you've Sai∂ especially on the issue of faulty marriages. With my little experience I feel its best both parties resolve from the start that they be guided by the Holy Qur'an. From there, they will know what's expected of them when situation. These days there's a lot of deviation from the Islamic provisions hence the problem in marriages. Salam

vanrichie4u: Good day all, a friend needs an urgent advise, his financial sponsor doesn't have a valid international passport, what other form can he use to proof his identity?
An international passport is not necessarily required most times for a sponsor except in some peculiar cases. However, a valid National Driver's license, voters or National ID can serve the purpose of identifying the sponsor.

A police clearance is vaild ONLY for 3months as we were made to know, so I guess you should get another. You could bargain for the lowest price to get it done. Cheers

malikmoreni: Hey Guys, i'm thinking of applying to a Canadian University for UnderGrad. Studies, i need info on a university with Low/Average shocked Tuition Fees..i've checked out Brandon University Manitoba. but i just don't want to apply to just one university!
Quoting @Emperoracro "here ar d list of one of d low cost univ in canada:
Universitie de sainte boniface
Brandon University
Memorial univ
Contact dem to knw if dey offer ur course.
Or beta still check aucc.ca website for list of schs in canada" better luck.. But its not totally abt the cheap schools but how suitable their available courses are, for your educational cum career aspirations in order to convince all parties involved.

Possibility123: @Mohammedbashir, Cufs studied Accounting and according to his SOP, he's been working in that field. And there are lots of Accounting/Finance eligible occupation in the present PR Federal skilled worker. They needed like 1000 candidates per eligible occupation and by checking this url - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp, I can estimate the completed application so far. This program closes in April 2015.

Though this process is a longer route, but it's a PR! No need to be scared that TRV will soon expire after schooling. You can also go to school anytime you want and pay local fees.
..Hmm.. I see.. This program breaks the PR barrier,if not for d duration of processing. Its better one sees d green light from the beginning and that shall b proportional to the effort that's to be expended. grin
TravelRe: Travelling To Canada Part 5 by Mohammedbashir: 6:32pm On Aug 01, 2014
Possibility123: Hi Cuf,

Just a piece of advise here, if you are working and you have a sister in Canada, why not try apply for the Canadian Federal Skilled workers PR program. That's far better , though takes longer time. But the result at the end of the day its worth it. Your sister will definitely give you a huge point in the application.... your adaptability and support will be guaranteed. Your sister will always give you a big advantage there (not a disadvantage as trv) . and you would have overcome the temporary visa thing smiley. Once you get to Canada, you can still go to school if you wish and school fees will be local citizen school fees
@possibilty123 think the Fed skill worker thing is not for all disciplines so she @cuf just check if yours is listed. And if there's still space cos they have a threshold and if it has been attained then u know whether to stick with status quo.

missbon: TGIF peeps,
Congrats to all the peeps who got their trv, and wishing those who are travelling soon a very safe trip to the maple land.
Pls don't forget to have all ur docx with u till u get to the port of entry.know ur school name and address. DO NOT FORGET THE DATE OF EXPIRY ON UR STUDY PERMIT. For those who have to renew it, pls renew atleast 60 days before expiry(proof of funds will be required for study permit renewal). Try to find out anything u don't understand from ur skuls international dept. Always keep ur ears open for rules/laws.be cordial with peeps u meet cos u might need them lateron.
Pls stay away from trouble, improve ur skillset, dont just depend on only what u r thought in school. Try and observe ur environment before u jump into getting a job.also just like any other country, there are employers here who take advantage of foreigners so pls beware and don't let anyone use you. If such happens, pls complain to ur schools International dept asap.
Wishing u all a great stay in canny.
I wish u all a happy new month and a wonderful weekend.
Happy long weekend to my peeps in canny
Thanks for this much required input. Hnm & cheers.
