This is quite misleading, how does a dependant needed a PCC before making an application, when she's not the main applicant. You may need to throw more light on this or it is just your own wishful thinking.

Ignorant and rude is a very bad combo.

I doubt if anyone will rent out 1 room to a fam of 5., considering the utilities that y’all will use. The simple answer is no, there is no guarantee ul get appropriate accommodation in 2 months but we don’t know ur situation.

Iv submitted additional info on Tuesday. Fingers crossed. Hopefully the ECO finds it compelling enough. I don’t know why they must compel a spouse to leave whatever job he has because wife got healthcare job.

Firstly, your baby situation is very dicey. All they want now is a strong assurance from the father that he is truly in support of you going with the child since both of you are responsible for the child.

Kids are getting refuses these days on similar ground. It is a lot easier when both parents are traveling.

I would advise your husband to write another letter , in a way that he will convince the visa officer that he is fully in support of that child going with you. He should also state why he can not go now and probably state how he plans to join you after like 3 months.

He should also state he will be both financially and emotionally supportive while you are away. He can also state what arrangement you have both made for the child in the UK when you go to work or school depending on your situation. If he has good bank account let him also attach as proof that is financially able but NOT COMPULSORY.

Above all, while you do this, engage prayers and keep hope alive.

Thank you

Thank you so much for this advice, your response is highly appreciated..this is exactly what i am thinkIng… since processing takes 3-5month, how long will a COS be considered valid before visa application?

Once cos is out. You have within 3 months to submit ur application. After 3 months it’s invalid and ul need a new one

All your above explanation looks substantial and reasonable.
For number 9. Yes, include all funds
I may be wrong but this is how I feel about your application if I were to be your vo;
You showed intention to stay till 2029. And not just even you alone, as a family of 6. Even if you admission letter states that you can finish your prog for 100years max. I don’t think it is wise to state that you want to stay for the whole 100years. Choose the minimum years allowed to complete your prog and state that that’s what you need. (You have to create an illusion that you want to do what u want to do fast to get back to your life back home. Even if we all know it’s cold zobo) if not if they may require you to show financial capability for at least half of your intended stay period. 2023-2029 is a lot. It’s too obvious you have less going on for you than what Canada has to offer. Again these are not facts; you don’t have to consider it. It’s just my opinion

Pls house Does the embassy confirm wedding certificate from Registry, I did not do court marriage but I would be needing a wedding certificate to use as my supporting documents and Home Ties and am already planning getting one at the registry.
I doubt they do. If it’s from the registry and has some wayo my guess is that it’s as good as it could be. But pls make sure it’s not fake. No single document should be fake for your own good. Also, if you explain that you have been married for a while by tradition and you decided to go to court to give your spouse more sense of commitment (that you wouldn’t abandon her) especially if your spouse is part your home ties. It also sounds plausible. Nothing is wrong with transparency, don’t underestimate power of telling the truth. It all depends on how well you package ur sop

Hi guys, I did my biometrics on November 9,2022 and since then they've not requested for medical report.....I submitted all the necessary documents
I seriously don't know why it's taking so long and my sister has been given ppr since January
NB: we applied for student visa and we did biometrics on the same day
Nothing is wrong, your application is just randomly slower than hers. Instead of waiting, go for upfront medical and send the slip they give you in a web form. Hopefully it gives your application a shake and makes someone look into it. Also texting is tone deaf and I could be wrong but u sound entitled. It isn’t your right to get the visa. Even if u submit all necessary documents, it’s still the discretion of the vo to decide if he wants to give you or not. Send web forms and emails stating that your application has passed normal processing time and HUMBLY state that you are still waiting for a decision. Pray and expect ppr soon by God’s Grace. Your visa is coming soon ijn

Abeg who has an idea of this my bro's question...
1)You can add it as home ties instead.
2)It raises an eye brow but it’s not a basis of disqualification, you just have to sell it very well and remove every doubt. Get a letter from your employer stating you get paid in cash. Submit every thing possible that shows that even if the organisation is small it’s real and it exists , add your employment letter, work id, and everything related to your employment. But regardless you also need to submit your bank statement to show you have some money. And in your home ties section show all your employment prospects back home after you graduate, if possible add how much more you could earn, if possible show job offer advertisements for that role ( pick the one with the highest pay and screen shot it or add the link) don’t lie that you are coming back to resume work ( any mumu knows that u being paid in cash equates u are not been paid a lot of money). Have it at the back of your mind that you are talking to a psychologist that can see through bs. So SELL YOURSELF well.

Can anybody please answer this question. What if one receive passport request for stamping, and his LOA has expired, even though the school hasn't sent the new LOA, hope it won't cause any problem at the embassy?
It most likely would not affect visa stamping. But you need to sort it out before you travel.
