Sorry for replying late.
When dh and I were diagnosed of heavy growth of staph, we first treated it with Orthodox medications with d highest sensitivity written on d test result. We were both treated with same injections and drugs in a hospital. The treatment lasted for about 10days. We took injections for about 4days while on d treatment. We were told to repeat d test 3weeks after d treatment, but we didn't. U know men nah, dh refused going back to retest. After d treatment, we waited for about two or three weeks before we started taking herbal medications as we were told that the Orthodox medications we've already taken will continue to stay in our system for up to 3weeks before it starts loosing its effectiveness. The herbal medications was prepared by one alagbo woman, so I can't really tell what it contained. But after taking hers, I made combo twice for dh and I. After d combo, I boiled guava and soursop leaves for both of us. The last herbs which only dh took was d combination of guava leaves, ginger and scent leaves. After all these, he now agreed to go for test and to God be d glory, both of us were staph-free.

Okay darling..thanks a lot. I have heard and read about the efficacy of guava leaf. Very good for men. Men libido, erection defection...etc. I think I read that some time ago. If I am not mistaken.

Dear if you want quality eggs and quantity this is what you must take for 3months:

DHEA 25mg x 3 daily = 75mg daily
Ubiquinol 100mg (2wice daily)
Pregnacare (a cap daily)
Omega 3 plus vitamin D (2 to 3X Daily)
Vitamin C
Eat healthy and add atleast a egg daily to your diet (stock up on protein, vegies and fruits)
Exercise, not vigorous. Just walking will help blood flow to your reproductive organs/ovaries ( at least take 30 mins walk daily)

Most importantly pray pray and pray.

To the mama who asked about ubiquinol. Always take your green vegetables when on blood thinning supplements. Ubiquinol has blood thinning properties, so also is your ginger, zobo etc. So please avoid or limit ginger,zobo etc for now.

Never take Orthodox medicine with alternative pls. You do not want to overwork your liver or kidney. Moreso, Some of those alternative/natural may affect the way Orthodox drug work. Like you don't take milk or calcium with some antibiotics because they will have negative effect on you.

As I always say...always do enough research before you take anything. Do not take my or anybody's word for it. Do your own research.

Hello house, please I noted something in my body and I thought I should share. This is my fertile week and I've been noting heavy discharge of cervical mucus. I met with dh and I noticed that the mucus have completely disappeared. My ovulation day is still 2 days away. Please what could have caused it?

Also, I did hsg on Monday and my mucus was coming out with blood stains when I wipe till I met with dh on Thursday. Now there is no discharge at all. Please what could have caused this? Should I be worried or not? Please I need answers. Thanks

Try not to meet with dh when you are bleeding. It my pass bacteria into your uterus/womb. We don't want that. Hope you are on mild antibiotics. It always good to take antibiotics when you do hsg.

It's normal to bleed when you do hsg. Bleeding shouldn't be much though. It last for about 2,3 days to a week. If it's more that this, then you should see your doctor.

Yes. It is possible.

After using serrapeptase for some time. Some mamas use for a period of two weeks, some a month and others three months. Depending on how serious the case may be. Some may even take up to 6 to 7 months before it get cleared. Then go back and do flushing. I think taking hsg and some antibiotics and the tubes will suddenly be wide open. Serrapeptase eat those things that cause the blockage together with the castrol oil massage to soften those things and making it easy to flush out while passing the dye through your tubes.

Sometimes too what they call blockage may actually not be blockage. So when you have spasm it look as if the tube is block but not. A second hsg will report that your tube/s is/are patent

Do not start with Chinese herbs at first. Use serrapeptase for about 3 weeks before you add the Chinese herbs. Remember you do your Castro oil pack massage on empty stomach. Drink warm water when you finish. Do it morning and night before you sleep if you can. Do it four days on and three days off. Do not do it during period if you are the type that have heavy periods.

Start your serrapeptase slowly to avoid nausea. Do not take other medications around the time you take serrapeptase to avoid nausea. Drink plenty water throughout the day. Eat green vegetables. Very important as serrapeptase have thinning properties. The vitamin k in your green veg will help balance it out.

If you can afford it, add nattokinase. A cap daily with food. Take away from serrapeptase. You can take around lunch time.

Levofloxacin tab 500mg 2x daily for 14days. The wife should have a HVS culture done and treated accordingly.
Generally for sperm count boosting zinc tab 100mg dly, vit b co 1tab dly and folic acid 5mg dly taken for 4months help improve the count.

Please stay away from sex during treatment. Try hold body o. Do not even try to use 'rubber'. Because it may break. No sex for the next two weeks while the both of you are on treatment.

@Mommdav-- pls, can you enlighten me- have done HSG twice which says right tube parent but couldn't see left tube due to spasm. Darling do not take those drugs, I beg you. That is not what you need now. Work on your tubes and adhesions. Serrapeptase, xi xian cap and yi mu cao and pelvic massage with castol oil will work for you in Jesus name. It has helped a lot of mamas here with similar issues. Just search nairaland you will see.

If your tube/s are blocked or have adhesions that affects reproductive organs where conception take place, there is no amount of ovulation induction drug you take, it won't work except God help you(We know that there is no impossibility with God).

All, please always seek second opinion or even third opinion before any surgery on your belly. Adhesion is another big culprit of infertility. I am not a fan of laparoscopy. Hsg is better in a very good diagnostic center. Some of this doctors are mean and selfish. Sometimes they ask you to carry out surgery whether minor or major when its not just necessary just for their selfish interest. Always ask questions.

Just saw your message on the cyst. I told you dear just don't go to the hospital for now if you do not have the money as you said. Just keep up with your serrapeptase. There are positive reviews on serrapeptase healing cysts.

But if don't have serrapeptase. Do not worry. Just stay away from junk. Process food, like pastry..etc Eat home cooked - Nigeria food. Junk and eating unhealthy is a another cause of cyst. You can also take apple cider with plenty of water. Hot bottle with Castro oil on your tummy too is good. Do not massage if you have pain. Just rub the castor oil on your tummy. Cover with nylon, then cotton material or old dh singlet. Keep adjusting to what you can bear so that it doesn't burn your skin. Place the hot water bottle on it. Then cover with towel. The warmth together with the oil will bring healing.

Do not take any medication to induce ovulation for now until you heal. Clomid, hcg etc and other ovulation inducing medication can cause cysts too. Stay away from clomid and those other ones one mama recommended for ovulation induction. Pls listen to my advice for your good. Do not cause more damage than good.

All these questions is not something I can answer cos period is not regular. I do use Fertile app to know my ovulation but it has not been working cos my period is not regular. My cycle is between 26 to 29 but every November and December it is 30 and 31 so I can't say when exactly I ovulate. I did this follicular tracking last month and from day 10 they see egg and on 14 cycle I ovulate so this one got me confused. But I won't worry cos God is working already

Okay darl, let's assume your circle is between 26 and 31 and you have a LP of 14 days. Then you should ovulate around on day 12 when your circle is 26 and day 17 when its 31day circle. So If I were you I will keep on with the follicular tracking till circle day 18 to be sure i didn't ovulate that circle. So on day 12 you may not have ovulated because when you have longer day circle it will be too early to rule out ovulation. If you do, you may miss your ovulation. But because we want to play safe and be totally sure we cover all range

So if I were you I will baby dance every other day from day 7 to 24 to be save because I am not even sure if my lutheal phase is up to 14days. If it is not up to 14 days then my ovulation is further along than anticipated.

I will also do an an opk too. I have a pack of 20 sticks of opk to give you for free. You can plan to track with opk or ovulation strips starting from day 6 of next month. PM me for details on how I can send it across to you.

When you do not know something. Do not act as if you know and confuse people who are looking for answers to some challenges. Like i said earlier this group is for women and men believing God for children. We are all like minds here, to encourage each other, learn from mothers who may have been or have faced this for years and have learn a lot in the cause of this journey and educate ourselves on how to improve our fertility. It just so painful how some people throw words around here. TTC is serious and you don't wanna wish it for yourself,not even your enemies. If you must and not ttcing or married, just watch and learn. You can pray or encourage mamas. This group is a sensitive one.

You"re absolutely right mama. My hubby and I were victims of staph before and it affected my hubby's count badly. We first treated it with orthodox medications written on the test result. After the treatment, we waited for sometime before we switched over to herbs to flush it out. We continued taking our fertility supplements after the treatment. Our last test showed we're both staph-free and my hubby's count improved as well.

Leonard I tell you. Believe it or not. If he does not treat infection and continue with treatment when infection is present, the sperm will keep going down. What he has may not just be staph. Staph in sperm is not normal. Or is it? We have never read staph in my dh's semen analysis before. White blood cell in semen means infection may be present. That is why i said he should go see the dr or go take a test for infection. The test will also tell him what treatment to use to cure the infection. If he doesn't treat infection the sperm will keep going down. I tell you this from experience. Treat the infection and continue with the above treatment. It works like magic. I also know some mamas who had similar issue. They treated infection first, followed by treatment to boost sperm and it worked like fire. That is the trick dear.

Just seen bolded, am sorry about that. I do not have experience treating staph precisely but I believe some mamas here do. Some mamas/papa have successfully treated such and will come around with some answers. Mamas concern please we need your help here.

First see your doctor or do a test to rule out infection.
First rule out infection. Infection is a great killer of sperm. Treat yourself if it comes out positive before any drug. Always treat infection together with your wife and try stay away from s3x during treatment.

Then you can get wellman original, vitamin c 500, vitamin e 400, zinc 30mg. Take this for at three months before your next test. You will be amazed at the positve result. But rule out infection first. Stay away from sugary food and junk. Add raw onions, ogi baba or ogi to your diet. You can blend with banana, tiger nut or milk. Avoid coffee, milo, bornvita. Do not smoke or take alcohol. There is the fairhaven supplements for sperm. Very good. The name is Countboost and Mobilityboost, take this for at least 3 months.

The question you should ask is, when do you ovulate? Is any where around circle day 17 or 24? How many days circle do you have? Have you ever used opk? Do you do bbt? Bbt is body basal temperature. How many days is your lutheal phase? Lutheal phase is the period after ovulation to your next period. Some women have 14days while others with LP defect may have 10, 8 or 7 days etc. Most women do not ovulate till day 15 to 24 of their circle. Now just on day 12 you dont start thinking that you did ovulate. If you can answer some of the above question we might be able to guest around when you should expect to ovulate if you ovulates. This may be why most women have not conceived. Because they baby dance when they have not reached their ovulation or past ovulation time. You have to know when you ovulate or else you may keep missing your ovulation time. Not that you don't ovulate but because you do not know when you ovulate.

Most women with regular circle ovulate most of the time. When you see your period regularly you mostly ovulate. Some women with regular circle or periods may skip ovulation sometimes because of stress. This is why I said try not to stress or worry yourself.

Her question was on cyst. Serrapeptase also work for cyst.

I heard that serrapeptase work to reduce very tiny fibroids even though I do not have personal experience on using serrapeptase to reduce fibroids.

My advice is to remove them through surgery if they are large, multiple and in the uterine cavity or any where your baby will implant. Some fibroids are placed or enlarged to the extent of blocking tubes. And when it's resting on the tubes it will certainly hinder conception. If this is the case then it doesn't make sense to wait on serrapeptase to reduce it. This may be a waste of time and resources. The best option will be surgery.
