purest21: Until Nigerians quit fighting back from the comfort of their homes behind keypads, the government can never be enlightened that power belongs solely to its citizens. And only then can the masses realize how much power they wield as things play out.
Now take a look at the massive protests going on in South America for over 2 months now. South Americans who happened to find themselves under the same shackles of poor leadership as Africans, but have fiercely refused and rebuked it consistently over the decades.
The recent protests started in their most developed country - Chile since October, over inequality, lack of opportunities and government's inability to distribute wealth and social services. The protest had only began for 1 week, the president already panicked, sacked his ministers, reshuffled cabinets. The citizens demanded a new constitution and his resignation. Out of fear, a committee was immediately set up and they're seriously working on the new constitution to at least get the over 1.8 million people off the streets of the capital who have caused a total city shut down for over 6 weeks. And maybe calm them enough with the new constitution that gives them equal rights to participate in the economy so they might reconsider his resignation. That's a man who's scared cos he has been brought to light on the powers the citizens possess.
Bolivians followed suite in protests just about same time. Why? Because they believed their president rigged the election to re-elect himself. (Does it occur to anyone that these are the same damn things we experience but would just murmur about them over keypads for few days and it slowly dies off) Now the Bolivian President has resigned and fled to Mexico to seek asylum, CHASED OFF BY HIS OWN CITIZENS! And now they're planning on their new election. MASSES = RESULTS
Peruvians and Ecuadorians are also at it. While Peru came out in numbers to support their President in closing down a corrupt Congress, Ecuador citizens came out in numbers to pressure their President over removal of gasoline subsidy. And as expected, they're all getting results and not backing down until all requests are fulfilled.
Moral lesson: No matter how authoritarian or totalitarian a government thinks it is, fact remains that no government on earth can cope with a total shut down with millions of citizens on the streets making serious demands in one voice. I cannot even fight with keypad talk more of physical protest or whatever. Those that voted this government in, should fight the government out. |

Career › Re: Online Training Or Physical Class Training: Which Is Better? by monichannel: 2:23pm On Nov 20, 2019 |
hearttolove: Hi Fam,
Been out of office work going to 3 years now. I work from home and of recent I haven't being getting offers as before so I see a need to enhance my skills by getting a training on a fast selling online skills. Adding it to my current skill and experience will boost my sales. Also, one of my clients posted an ad looking for someone with that skill I want to learn, so in a way I'm looking at asking for a pay rise in addition to a new role or increased responsibility. So it's a win win for me if I go for the training.
So I finally got a place and the training cost is 200k, I have the fund and am really to enroll immediately so I discussed with my hubby and he suggested doing an online training on Udemy or cousera. He said courses are free on there but checking out they not free. I may have to spend up to $130 for the course.
Yes, comparing the cost of $130 to 200k it's still quiet low but am I sure I'd get value for my $130 on udemy? My concern is value not money. He's being stressing on the need for me to get a training now am ready and he's trying to frustrate me by asking me to do an online training. I stay at home to work and why will I do an online training when I can go out there and mix with others?
Please if you've taken an online course on udemy or cousera please share your experience. The physical class here are very good too.
MODs please I'll appreciate a wider view for more comments to help me take decision, I have between now and next week plus it's a one month training and need between now and next week tuesday to plan who stay with my kids when they return from school. Being someone who works online, you'll appreciate online study more than the physical one. I don't know where you want to do the training but have you considered they may not live up to your expectations. I work both offline and online and all my training has been online. If you can mention the course you want to go for, maybe I can help you get the course for free on Udemy or any other LMS. NB: I won't charge you |

Birniwa: Your eligibility to this data offer doesn't mean you've done a welcome back (sim swap) on your line. The term simply means that the offer is available for theirs users who have not used their lines for a long time, hence they're welcoming you back on their network with huge data offer. My line has been active for over 10 years now |

First to comment since plenty years ago. See reasoning... Had Zidane left after winning the champions league in his first season as Real Madrid coach, would he have won it three times in a row? Jurgen klopp would've left too after winning the champions league. Your assertion is not for the successfuls |

D1uncle: Testimony times.
I join this great thread on July 20 2019. Went for training by the boss 7 August 2019.
It was taugh, bought several names, did enough outbound with no success, customers will declare interest but will fail to pay thinking it was a scam. Or maybe my village people was on my case.
I went back to the source of info page 1 to 350. Saw guys sharing testimonies. Notably @Haykay2005 and I learnt a lot about closing deals from his testimonies. Contacted some great guys at namepros.
And finally contacted God in prayers.
On October 23 Auto//Bronx in Kings. Change hands for 580 Hold time 4 weeks. Via Dan. Pick from close out $5$/7.
Did outbound a week after arrival. First offer was 300. Counter negotiations to and fro to arrive at $580. Took buyer 13 days to follow through on payment.
On November 18 Memphis//Tree //Removal// kings change hands. Pick from drop 30 Oct for <$8. Via Dan For a token of $650.
First offer was 500 counter to arrive at that. Buyer had several issues paying. But God was involved.
Join me to praise the lord and ignore my grammar.
Thanks for the read. Special thanks to Haykay2005 Ikepromotion Branduche Farouk. I was one of the lazy domainers you referred to. Swiftfy//kings is coined from your sells and it's live in SH.
And everyone that played a part in keeping this thread active.
Some would want to know the portfolio size. Is not small 75-2=73
But my first sales cover all my investment. Inspiring... Congratulations |

WaywardSon: Duuude your case strong o. There was a time I sold my Samsung laptop for 80k and invested the entire money in Bet9ja. The hope was to get steady 1.5odds and stake 20k daily, not bad I thought lol
Squandered the entire capital in a week. Since then I've never taken betting seriously, The house always wins in the end.
My good friend staked his 120k school fees on 2odds and won. Then I watched as Bet9ja slowly but surely ate the entire money both profit and capital. In the end my guy no write exam.
Betting is stupid but betting out of desperation is more foolish. Using your last card to donate to the bookmakers.
Here's a tip to cure your addiction Only bet when you have a steady source of income and use only a fraction of it. For instance on a 30k monthly salary shelve 5k every month for placing bets. And that's all
Avoid virtual and play only big games like ucl. I still bet for fun and the funny thing is when you're betting for fun that's when you even make some money. For instance I staked 5k on the UCL final and won. I haven't bet since then and that's control bro Please edit and make corrections. How can someone earning 30k use 5k to play bet It's addiction already. I play for fun, I don't spend upto 1 percent of a month salary in playing for 3 months. That's to say if I'm earning 100k/month, I spend less than 1k playing bet in 3 months. On another note, my security guy is so addicted that he can leave his post during work hour to go play bet and stay for over 5 hours there. He will come back crying explaining to the driver who will in turn tell me about it. Virtual kills faster than HIV |
