secretsuccess:Ok. Nothing much, it is a platform where you can sell heavy duty spare parts to people and get commissions for it.. The truth is, if you get a good company that always need these parts you will find out that heavy duty parts sales is very lucrative..nevertheless the site www.quickvender.com.ng is very explanatory |
Jobs/Vacancies / Nairaland Has Been Of Immense Help To Me by monkautos(m): 5:04pm On Sep 29, 2017 |
I wrote an article some months back with another moniker explaining how it was difficult for me to secure a job and the difficulties surrounding setting up my own bussiness even though i had good qualifications. Since that time till now God has really smiled at me. Well, to cut the long stories, the article actually made front page and i met many people from nairaland that gave me hope and encouragements.. Not long ago i met a special guy who introduced me to a platform for heavy duty parts..(www.quickvender.com.ng) that was offcourse the game changer for me.. I know many people would be expecting me to come tell how i finally secured a good paying job.. But that is not the story.. Nairaland helped me to discover my purpose and i am happy we have this kind of platform in nigeria. Now i can confidently say i have something good doing.. All thanks to nairaland.. Even though i dont earn millions daily or monthly(as the case may be). I earn a decent amount... ok, to take care of myself and loved ones.. Thank you nairaland..thank you nairalanders..you guys are the best. 1 Like |

Politics / Thowback: What Premium Times and APC Said About NNPC GMD Removal In 2014 by monkautos(m): 11:09pm On Feb 10, 2017 |
The immediate trigger for the sudden sack of erstwhile Group Managing Director, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Andrew Yakubu, is becoming clearer more than a month after Mr. Yakubu and some other top officials of the state oil company were replaced. PREMIUM TIMES can authoritatively reveal that Mr. Yakubu, who spent two years in office, had to go after the Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke, accused him of insubordination over the appointment of a new Managing Director for the upstream subsidiary of the NNPC, the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC). Mr. Yakubu, who was appointed July 1, 2012, was the fourth GMD of NNPC in the about five-year reign of the minister. This newspaper learnt that while the former NNPC boss made a case for an engineer with a sound technical background to be appointed for the company responsible for NNPC’s oil exploration and production operations, reliable presidency and industry sources say the minister wanted a lawyer she considered a loyalist. https://www.nigerianbulletin.com/threads/exclusive-real-reason-gej-sacked-nnpc-boss-andrew-yakubu-premiumtimes.91767/ things seems to be becoming clearer by the day http://newsexpressngr.com/news/detail.php?news=6881 What APC said The sack, last Friday, of Engr. Andrew Yakubu as Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has been described as a betrayal of his home state, Kaduna. The Kaduna Sate APC Justice Forum said in a statement issued yesterday in Kaduna that it views Yakubu’s unceremonious removal by President Goodluck Jonathan “as the height of betrayal of the people of Kaduna State and particularly the Southern Kaduna Senatorial District that stood firmly behind the PDP since 1999.” The Forum in the statement signed by its Secretary, Barrister Mohammed Musa Soba, said: “We are aware that Mr. Yakubu had planned to organise a solidarity rally for President Jonathan in Southern Kaduna Senatorial District last Saturday without involving the Vice-President, Kaduna State Governor and the Senator representing Southern Kaduna Senatorial District. The sack however came before the date of the proposed rally, thereby bringing the rally to a terminal end. “We are yet to understand how the tenure of the Director General of National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) Sani Sidi, a close political ally of Vice-President Namadi whose tenure has been characterised by suspicious and dubious disbursement of relief materials to disaster victims with no positive impact, was renewed for another term of four years while Yakubu was sacked before the expiration of his tenure as NNPC GMD. “The unceremonious removal of Mr. Yakubu has exposed the contradictions within the PDP political family in which godfatherism and negative political backstabbing have taken the centre stage against equity, fairness and sense of political decency. No reason was adduced for Yakubu’s removal because none could be justified in view of the fact that Yakubu has one more year for his tenure to expire either by reason of reaching the mandatory 60 years of age or putting in 35 years in service. “The Kaduna APC Justice Forum therefore condemns the premature removal of the son of Kaduna State, Engr. Andrew Yakubu, which portrays the PDP as unjust and insensitive to the political solidarity and patronage it enjoys from the good people of Southern Kaduna. If this is the definition of PDP’s sense of equity, fairness and justice, we may as well conclude that it does not pay to patronise a political party with ill-motive and unfair treatment of its supporters and sympathisers as the PDP.” this is what APC said |

For your information, President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has commenced a week-long break from his usual work routine from today (Monday, April 2, 2012). This was disclosed in a press statement signed by Mr. Reuben Abati, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity. According to the statement, the Presidential will remain in Abuja during the period of his leave and will “continue to deal with all essential affairs of state.” Mr Abati said that Mr Jonathan will return to his regular office routine after the Easter holidays. http://africanspotlight.com/2012/04/03/president-goodluck-jonathan-goes-on-leave/ http://www.channelstv.com/home/2012/04/02/jonathan-begins-one-week-leave/ |
