Prior to this day, she received a mail from ukvi to send additional documents to prove custody or fathers visa, she did and responded with the divorce paper which shows the custody arrangements on the last paragraphs and she has the full custody of the children ,their father has reasonable access but shockingly she was still denied.

Yes he can. That was what my "now" husband did.
He filled me as his dependent during his application. We got married two weeks after he got his visa.

Good morning everyone....please when filling visa application online is it possible for the main applicant to include his spouse name as dependent even when he chooses single as marital status ....reasons is that marriage is slated for few weeks after he must have submitted application and probably done biometric....he can't wait for the marriage cos deadline from his school is approaching. Note that the dependant will also apply immediately after the marriage too

Am self-employed (1) I have a creche which is my main business that I receive pay on monthly basis with 2staff working for me but the creche is not registered, secondly I have an online business wear I sell fashion wears but it's registered which I also have bank account for it, same account my clients for creche pays in money on monthly basis too. My question is can I use the cac certificate for my creche cos that's the business I want use as my NOC when submitting my application and since I receive money on it on monthly basis and also have my children parents that can give me reference letters for it does the cac certificate matters or the name on it?
