why do all 9ja men have pot bellies?? grin
The day we had that topic, NL guys almost died of heart attacks in varying degrees.
That's why they love generalizing with us. They can't stand it when we do it with them.

platinumnk:
so true, many women in india are now doing this
India alone? I read an article - women in London do it during their Lunch breaks for only 1,500 pounds.
Imagine - it takes less than an hour to become a virgin again.

Music/RadioRe: OFFICIAL Request Naija Music Thread!!! by Moonstone(f): 4:51am On May 04, 2009
There's a song I would really really really love to have. It's Tolongowaye by Sole Ace. They don't have an album yet, i think. Even though that song has been up for years. Heard their song on Youtube and fell in love but I would prefer their mp3.

You can listen to it here. . . I don't know how to post Youtube vids for the life of me.

P.S. the beginning is crazy as in I have no idea what they were testing there.

Of course, most of the pics of these celebs are photoshopped and airbrushed. I saw Tyra banks picture ( an unedited one) I nearly fell off my chair.
I am going to look for it. I am putting it on my agenda right now.
Christianity EtcRe: Creationism Or Evolution - Post Your Peer-review Articles Here And Lets Discuss by Moonstone(f): 4:25am On May 04, 2009
mazaje:
that is the argument that creationist always use to try to prove non existent points. . . they are quick to point out that no one knows where god or the creator came from, they always say that nobody has ever been able to say where god came from i.e the theological first cause argument. . .this has never really gotten anybody anywhere, because if they argue that everything has to have a cause, or a creator, then they have to face up to the question of who created god and if they argue that there are some exceptions, or even one, then why not accept that the exception might as well be the physical universe as god?
That is the same argument that evolutionists use to prove that creationism is wrong. One of my professors referred to God as a cosmic joker because of all the so-called evidence of fossils. I'm not saying that is my reason for creationism not working. Evolution still has the same problem. There is a reason why they call it 'Theory of Evolution' and not a 'Law'. Even Evolution has its quirks because they are still looking for links between different life forms.
noetic:
can evolutionists state the origin or composition of the pioneer organisms that started life?
what is the very first complex reaction that started evolution? what are the simpler reactions that made up this very first complex reactions?
which of this simpler chemical reactions came first?
EXACTLY!
That again is called the big bang theory. If this is so true, why hasn't another earth been created and why are humans not evolving? Evolution is not a unidirectional process because it operates on the basis of natural selection. That is why both creationism and evolution have the same problem. Whichever one you choose is based on the fact that you believe more in one theory than you do in the other.

mazaje:
i wasn't talking about evolution i was talking about the first cause argument with regards to the universe theist always make. . .what is the first reaction that lead to the creation of god? if you believe that everything must come from something then god must come from something too? what then created god? all i know is that if theist insist that god always exist then i can say that the universe always exist too. . . .by the way some scientist have stated the origin of the pioneer chemicals that started life. . . .
What created God? What created the first organisms on earth? Answer any of those questions and I will be very happy to hear about it. Why hasn't it occurred elsewhere? Why only Earth?

If someone can prove to me that Evolution occurred in Mars or in Pluto, I would be very happy to hear more about it.

Who is Kim? You guys should remove her from this thread.

Moonstone na that your more you look less you see profile pic
@topic
nop I do not get gidddy of dddigy thinking about her. I won't touch her for free.
Agaba, that's what I call an example.
She's not Nigerian and she has cellulite - it's not a Nigerian woman phenomenon as some goats are making it seem.
It's a human thing

Which one is the more you look, the less you see? Abeg o!
RomanceRe: Why Are Do All Naija Babes Have Stretch Marks On Their Behinds? by Moonstone(f): 11:55am On May 03, 2009
When I say some Nigerian men are stupid, people will be defending their sorry a$$es angry angry angry.
For the idiotic men abusing us naija women about having stretch marks, I guess y'all have been in a trance of your own.
Recently there was an uproar concerning Kim Kardashian's photoshoot about how her un-photoshopped pictures were released. Now I know all y'all get giddy just thinking about Kim Kardashian. Please look at the two pics and tell me if you don't find stretchmarks and cellulite.
Besides, men have stretchmarks too. Naija men especially with their pot bellies. Just wait till all of you reach the age of 40. Stretchmarks will look like routes on your bodies.

Like I have said before, if you have problems with Naija ladies, no one is stopping you from marrying an asian or an european girl.

RomanceRe: Romance At The Age Of 40 With A Girl Of 28 by Moonstone(f): 11:34am On May 03, 2009
The reason I have a problem with this is because you are cheating on your wife emotionally and the girl is cheating on her husband emotionally. It's one thing to cheat and it's another to cheat with emotions involved. I think you need to step back. You're wrong for letting it go on this long.
I hate it when married men enter into relationships that they know they cannot sustain.
Leave her for her husband to enjoy her and give your wife the same respect.
You have helped her in her revival. You've done your part, now move on.
If you change your sim and you tell her point blank that it's over, will she tie you down?
Will she force you to stay with her?

I think you should focus on your family. It is not fair on your wife that you're sharing yourself anyhow.
Focus on your family a 1000% and leave the girl to live her life.
Dating And Meet-up ZoneRe: Nairaland Party, Good Idea?where, Lagos, London, Las Vegas? by Moonstone(f): 5:49am On May 03, 2009
I'll say Lagos - first choice.
London - second choice.
Only because I'm relocating to either one and people are more likely to attend them there.

Everybody that don lost (moonshow and co) get on the Lakers band wagon and come ride away into nba glory with me.
LOL - no thank you. I'm sticking with the Cavs. Something tells me King James, Mo Williams and Ilgauskas will give Kobe and his rats a tough time. cheesy cheesy cheesy
bawomolo:
we need a tall guard that can play D.  It's time for BG to go somewhere else.

The Celtics are gonna get whacked by the magic.
I agree. Ben Gordon is good at threes. If only he could find people on that team to create chances for him, he'll be way better.
I know y'all will get better next season. If you guys don't finish in top 4 or 5 - I'll be genuinely surprised.
As for Rose, I'm beginning to like him. He's got enough skill to become very very good.

Celtics are not going to get whacked, they will be murdered in cold blood.
For those boys to win without D. Howard, I'm scared of them. sad sad sad sad sad sad

a bit alarmist aren't we  tongue tongue if i say you don't know much about the game, you will start hyperventilating.

Bulls are getting pounded inside though. Perkins and Big Baby are quite some muscle to handle
When I said that - I was talking about how he got 2 fouls in less than 10 mins of the first quarter. That's a bit much and he does have the tendency to be aggressive. . . hence, my comment.

I think it is amazing how Bulls are trying hard to come back. The last possessions of the ball by Bull is something that should not occur again. Celts should not be allowing those kind of rookie mistakes. 80-75 now. If these people don't go to OT, I will be pissed o! They have made it a norm for their series and they might as well finish with their signature.

LOL! Eddie House got a technical foul for taunting the Chicago bench after making a three. Won't they learn? cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy
SportsRe: Nba Season '08/09 by Moonstone(f): 1:19am On May 03, 2009
The game has started and I will be VERY VERY pissed if it does not go into OT. I will also be more pissed if it ends in more than a 3-pt difference between the scores. I need it to be as entertaining as the last 4 games have been.

Big baby has almost fouled out and it's not even half-way into the first quarter. Kai!
Christianity EtcRe: Creationism Or Evolution - Post Your Peer-review Articles Here And Lets Discuss by Moonstone(f): 1:15am On May 03, 2009
Now, this is a question I deal with on a daily basis.
Now putting my religion aside, I will say that neither of them should be believed. I'll put the review articles up in a lil' bit.

Creationism has a flaw which is the entire notion of a spiritual being cannot be proven. However, Evolution that claims to have the answers still has a lot of unanswered questions and we still have a lot of missing links and assumption. It's a very complicated process but I'll get all the articles ASAP before I start arguing about this again.
