I said to me it's occultic because I'm a christian. In my religion, we don't believe most of those things because they have a lot of spiritual connotations and we don't exactly agree with their practices. I'm sure other traditions think christianity is occultic as well. It's a relative thing and I'm not forcing my religion on me, no one should do that either.

There should be freedom of movement. When someone puts me under house arrest to perform their rituals, I have a problem with it. Besides, Christians don't scare me with any masquerades or any crazy incantations. They speak english or words that I can understand and they don't shut down my streets and ask me to stay in till they do things.

I agree that Eyo festival is occultic to me ONLY because I'm a Christian.

Yeah i believe sometimes, dreams have another meaning. I feel that I am more spiritually connected than most. Sometimes I just "feel" things.

When I was 12, my lil brother was dying and no one knew what was kiling him.
One night I woke up from my sleep and spoke the word "cancer" to myself. I never told anyone after that day, because @12 I didnt even know what cancer was. 2weeks later, my brother was diagnosed with brain cancer.

So I take spiritual things seriously, any help about this topic would be greatly appreciated.

Oh wow! I am still in awe of yesterday. I'm happy the Celtics won. Sad the Mavs lost but I'm happy that these playoffs are so exciting.

I have to say, I am not surprised about Lakers flogging Utah but I am STRONGLY astonished at the fact that 76ers beat Magic. . . as in what da heck? They were tied at 31 seconds left in the 4th quarter and Howard, Turkioglu and the rest of them just handed the wins on a platter of gold. They came all the way from 18 down to beat the Magic. Oh - this is an AWESOME playoff season. i never would have predicted this in a decade.
