I wont join in hailing her for taking a step to continue her popularity. This is how we elect bad leaders. A woman that could not keep her home intact how is she gonna represent his people. First, she should go sort her life as a woman nd mother. Besides that wasted money for ticket could have fed many children. Pls our politis is not an all comers affair. |
Immaangel:what has brought curse here now? Must u comment? Africans nd their mentality. Something that many men experience around d world is now curse. Rubbish. |
Bro, you are not alone on this. I met a gal while in uni who i thought will remain a good gal nd i will get married to her when am done with sch. enigmagu1:Fayose sane? |
The creator of this group is so myopic. Thats how ladies lose their husband. So all the ladie in that group, it has been destined that their husband must be above 27 abi? What of a 24 or 25 yr old guy who has got experience, exposure and behaves matured or who is even ready to settle down so he shud go nd die abi? This mentality of age as maturity has realy dealt with many ppl that they know nothing. Beside what of ladies who can help a guy they find attractive build life together and get married? They shudnt do so cos all men are born equal abi? Nonsense. |
Pls o is it not the same ffk that wrote and said so many negative things about this present Government? He has now turned around to say another nonsense including sayimg the igbos are wonderful when he saw nothing good in them. Or is kkf this time around speaking. And those of u who still pay attention to him, are u not more stu.pi.d than him? |

menesheh:its been long i quote people but i must inform you that all what Soyinka have been saying are absolutely correct. You can keep quiet while things go wrong in this country but Soyinka will not. So also are many othe Nigerians. About ur international and National whatever u wrote there, speaking up like this against directionlessnes, undemocratic practices and lack of respect for constituted institutions even earn him more respect. Like John F. Kennedy will say 'The hottest part of hell is reserved for those who kept quiet when things were going wrong. Unlike many Nigerians wole wants to leave a legacy. So type something else. |

Sometime ago i came across a whatsapp message from a friend, in that message, the writter was lamenting about how their teacher have made it known to them that they were to be the leaders of tomorrow. The writter went forward to inform us that such dreams have not come to pass that those who have been in power since he was a little kid are the ones who are still at the helm of affairs in the country. Unlike my probing nature of asking whoever moves such messages to me different questions, i ignored him because i know he wont give me any meaninful answer to my questions. It is true that many of those who are still in power since Nigeria’s independence have been there for a very long time and should have hanged their boot, but we must also point out that the Nigerian youths have had some share of power in one way or the other. Then, the question arises as to what they have done with such opportunities given to them. It will be an act of falsehood to say that our youths have not been given the opportunity to rule in one way or the other. Goodluck Jonathan is a clear example of those in this category. We must not also forget Tambuwal, Amaechi, Oshiomhole, akpabio, mimiko, obi, obiano, orji kalu, Amosun, Obanikoro, Akunyili, Fashola etc. Most of the commisioners, State house of Assembly Members, special advisers and other aides to our politicians are young Nigerians. So those who go about shouting the youths are/were not given chances to lead should look for a better job. Some of this opportuned leaders who are regarded as youths did not live up to expectation. Names like Dimeji Bankole, Farouk Lawal Alamesigha Ibori etc quickly comes to mind. The truth is, the Nigerian youths are not ready for leadership positions and when i say leadership, i mean quality leadership that everyone can be proud of. How many of our SUG presidents have discharged their duties with honesty and dedication to the students they led. All throughout my university days none of them realy gave a good account of themselves. All they did was to embezle, mismanage funds and dance to the tune of the school management to the detriment of the students. Just recently some Nigerian students were shot by military men in university of Jos and just like their normal misplaced priority the politicaly affiliated body who call themselves NANS (National Association of Nigerian Students) kept quiet. The same hide and seek they played during the ASUU strike. Most times, the Nigerian Youths are the ones used for electoral malpractice, violence and propaganda. Many of them engage in PDP vs APC war online on issues that should not warrant such unecessary and useless show of shame by them. Many of them have nothing to show for in their life other than being cultist which they brag about while the Nation is in shambles. The nigerian Youths need serious re-orientation in many facets of life before they can fully beat their chest to say we are ready for serious leadership except they want to continue in the foot steps of those who have kept this country the way it is. mikeansy:tell me what those ppl u mentioned above know about blocking the entrance of an assembly and teargasing harmless, unarmed assembly members. |
MudRaker:no matter how u try to teach them they wont learn. Sorry ok. |
There are issues that some of this singers should not meddle into especialy wen such opinion is not articulate, and has no intellectual meaning. We have a serios case here not an album lauch. |
Bunch of confused never- mean- well. They speak from both side of their mouth. Now this is my take on the NASS fracas yestrday. Its an act of shame and a joke taken too far by the Nigerian police authorities and other security agencies. Its a confirmation of the level of inpunity being witnessed at this time. Sadly enough, only those whose brain are still intact that will see the kind of embarrasment this has caused this nation, while those whose reasoning equates with that of a chicken will dance and celebrate such dirty acts. The NPF and other security agencies shud know that they have a duty of protecting lives and properties of citizens of this great Nation irrespective of political divide. Those who bath themselves in inpunity, shud remember that history is taking account. |
Montaque:do you know who he is? Do you know how many times he has profered solutions nd advice on many national issues? He who has ear let him hear. |
