You are very correct and I am afraid that is why Nigeria may never move forward. people like you and I who suffer the most sit behind our computers and complain but too lazy to do anything about the misgovernance going on in our country and when patriotic people step out to protest, some of us only want to find faults. Not putting into consideration the braking effect it would have on the said vehicle which can result to brake failure as the engine assisted braking device found in the santana or golf will no more function as designed. And that is when u see them blocking pipes and valves here and there telling you it not necessary.

Result: Engines maximum output will never be utilized.

4. Not taking into consideration maximum load capacity a vehicle should carry which affects braking distance: the weight a vehicle carries should be commensurate with the suspension so as to maintain optimum braking distance and stability when applied.
Result: Several visits to the mechanic workshop due to brake issues.

The length of time it took ds APC government to set up a cabinet and other principal officers could have set any developing country on the path of recession. To further worsen the situation, it took almost forever to pass 2016 budget. It was so bad many Nigerians had to resort to prayers who have never prayed before. Given the length of time it took to appoint ministers one would have thought he was going to appoint angels only to find the likes of Dalung who should be in a motor park working as a minister. Trust me, MTN would have been shut down ages ago if they were owing govt. any tax at all. Recall that Glo offices were closed around 2012/2013 on this same issue of non remittance of tax. the same year MTN won an award for being the most tax compliance telecom operator.

I was in the market a few days ago to buy some items and I almost cried. The prices of everything has gone up almost double. Why are we so docile in this Country? The French revolution we learnt started due to mere increase in the price of bread. Here in Nigeria prices of basic food items go up daily and no one is asking questions. Our Labour leaders and civil liberty organizations have abandoned us to our faith. We ought to be out on the streets protesting already, but this is Nigeria and Nigerians.. .

Some people in my neighbourhood have resorted to disposing their domestic waste through burning. This is making life difficult for me because the smoke from the fire has enveloped my room. Unfortunately shutting my Windows is not a solution due to the excessive heat we are facing currently. In addition to that almighty PHCN is also not helping as there is no power to enable me use AC. Please, which agency of governments can call these erring neighbors to order? I need to report this quickly as it is affecting my family seriously.

First of all, check the cable that goes from the shift lever to the transmission. ask your mech to find a way to lubricate it. if the situation improves, then you shld change that cable.
