PhonesRe: Microsoft To Dump Nokia And Windows Phone Brands by morningsta(m): 1:01pm On Sep 13, 2014
olukenzo: Nokia shot themselves in the foot. At that time they were going to bed with MS, another division would have done android, even AOSP. It would have been Nokia's hardware might + Google's innovative OS. The company would still have been thriving today.

One other thing I think is hindering some of their products out there now is the hardware design. Which serious minded person buys a red, yellow, green phone? And a square-ish one at that. Even Tecno knows better than making toyish looking phones.
Regrettably, I bought the phone you described above and to tell the truth, it is the worst phone ever. Practically useless. Had I known, ...

PoliticsRe: Boko Haram Seeks Swap Of 30 Chibok Girls For 18 Chiefs by morningsta(m): 2:31pm On Sep 11, 2014
Delydex: After a secret negotiation, Boko Haram has agreed to release some of the abducted 219 Chibok girls, The Nation learnt yesterday.

The sect has listed 18 of its key members, who it said should be freed from detention in exchange for the girls.

But there was a snag last night because while the government wanted freedom for all the 219 Government Secondary School, Chibok girls, the sect said it would free only 30. The girls have been in captivity for 149 days....http://nigerians4change.com/2014/09/boko-haram-seeks-swap-of-30-chibok-girls-for-18-chiefs/

PoliticsRe: Boko Haram: You Can Go To Court, Australian Negotiator Tells Sheriff by morningsta(m): 11:01pm On Sep 05, 2014
dunkem21: Hmm see Hollywood movie. You have been in contact with BH commanders in the last 48 hrs; and they named sheriff as their sponsor. I would like the Australian to ask them why they want their sponsor exposed and prosecuted?.
Will they drop their arms if their sponsors are arrested?
What can be done to stop these killings and maiming since na only am BH dey listen to.
The Australian should also give us their mobile numbers so we go follow dey beg them to release our girls as he has failed woefully in that assignment.
..If not; then the Australian is a BH sympathizer.
You read my thoughts on this one. I am confused. why would boko haram want to expose their sponsors? To what ends? Make no mistake, I am not holding briefs for Ali Modu Sheriff o! While the case of Ali Modu Sheriff may have some element of truth, Ihejerika's case is even more dumbfounding. I like to believe this onyibo man but I am finding it hard to believe his story. I pray he gets sued as threatened so that evidence can be made available to substantiate these claims.

SportsRe: Opinion: Keshi Should NOT Be Given A New Contract by morningsta(m): 6:14pm On Jul 13, 2014
Obviously NFF is not willing /has no money to invest in any world class coach. We are better off with Keshi instead of some foreign quack. If only Keshi and Sunday Oliseh can put their egos aside and work together, it would have been our best option.
Keshi's performance at the 2014 world cup has exposed him (not savvy technically). That is of great concern. I believe NFF has been generous enough with the new contract that guarantees him of N7 million a month. If he is not willing to accept the new contract, May be we should try our luck with Sunday Oliseh.
