Being a working class guy in face me and face u in agege in 2008 I used to wake up 4:30 am daily to take my bath to avoid insult from other neighbours cos we have only one bathroom and pit toilet and we were almost 60 in that 6rooms and 2 bq . one day I woke up 4am and baba Saheed was in the bathroom making incantations while bathing with local sponge and black soap this fear me and I refused to bath in that bathroom and till I packed out of the house I only bath at the back of my window.I got another apartment at ileepo, that one na scorpions house. scorpions always walk around freely (how many u want kill) u know the funniest? they don't sting they are too friendly so I decided not to kill them again. Then I was transfered to Benin city where I rented 3 bedroom flat for just #150k .

I was transfered back in 2012 and I rented this 2 bedroom apartment for #150/annual at abule egba I paid almost #300k plus agreement & commission (rubbish).landlord don't stay in that house but there is no enough space in the compound to pack our cars and there were almost 10 cars in that house. I wake up 4am everyday and I sleep 12 or 1 am everyday cos my car must be the last to enter the gate so I can easily drive it out the following day without disturbing any other car owner in the house.
I couldn't bear it again then I decided to look for a half plot of land in sango which I bought #300k today I own a complete 2 bedroom flat. we even enjoy light in my area than people living in GRA.

So probably you saw this car on OLX, and seller says V6 2.4l, and all; and its a cool car and looks cheap too, there are important thing you need to know before buying that car, i mean like what does it mean this car has 4 cylinders and 6 cylinders (V6)? yeah technically what V6 is? if you are going to buy a new car you need to know these basics before you purchase.

so here is it;

The way an engine works is that gas is pushed into the cylinder, then air is pushed in from the air filter, then the sparkplug makes a spark to ignite the air/fuel mixture to make a small explosion.
This explosion moves the pistons up and down at a high rate of speed

The more cylinders you have the more pistons you have moving up and down, and generally the more power you can make.

Now this is not to say that you cannot have a 6 cylinder car that makes more power than a v8, or even a 4 cylinder car that makes more, it comes down to compression, and overall build of the engine. For example subaru makes some 4 cylinder cars that are pushing near 300 horsepower, while some great big 8 cylinders only make 200 or less.

The V refers to the shape of the cylinders. in a V6 you have 3 cylinders on each side of the engine, all angled towards the center of the engine making a V shape. On most modern 4 cylinder cars all of the cylinders are in line. In many jeeps, BMW's and other cars their 6 cylinders are lined up. These are called inline 6's (or straight 6). The alignment of the cylinders shouldn't be a huge concern to you but that is what makes it a V6 or a I6.

The L in 2.4L refers to the amount of liters of air that the car displaces on a full cycle of the pistons. The more liters the more power, simply put.

Basically higher the number, bigger the engine, higher cost for maintenance, uses more gas, higher insurance, taxes and registration cost.

Toyota products are very durable with good second/third/fourth hand value. Not forgetting excellent resale value, d moment u put for sale on it ur phone will start ringing plus cheap n readily available parts. Almost every naija mechanic can fix Toyota BC of its simple design
