Nigarian's only consolation in President Peter Obi, I really wish Osibanjo will agree to serve in his administration even if it's as a consultant....Niqqa has revolutionary policies that could redefine Nigeria.

Buhari would've redeemed himself by openly supporting Osibanjo as APC standard bearer.

Well, all hope is not lost, President Peter is better and will revamp the failed systems.

You didn't actually give reason for you not supporting Tinubu, but if we should look at it in terms of competency like the way you did with Osinbajo then

Tinubu was the first Governor to propose and build IPP this would have solve the power problem in Lagos state.

Tinubu was also able to increase the IGR of the state this is a major problem in Nigeria.

Tinubu also created the RRS which is seen as the best state sponsored police unit in Nigeria.

He also created a robust and vert efficient civil service.

He didn't have any problem paying salaries or have problem with labour unions.

These are some of the things we are currently facing so don't you think it would be better to vote someone who has done them instead of voting for one who failed in them.

P.S These is not meant to support Tinubu but to reason with you.
No doubt Tinubu must've done some good while serving as Governor, at least I admire the fact that he was able to put together the best commissioners any government would've known. Unlike now that he's surrounded by sycophants, tribal bigots and terrorists (Shettima, Ganduje, El Rufai, etc)

Most of the policies and developmental strides u credited Tinubu for were opined by his commissioners as seen in the court case of Alpha beta Vs his then State Accountant General. On his own Tinubu is empty.
Personally I don't see much difference between Tinubu and Pablo Escobar, they talk dsame way with godly complex and emperor syndrome.
They both rode on drug money to become Senators.
They both assassin all opposing voice (Funsho Williams).
They are both philanthropists and heavy givers(as a matter of facts Escobar helped more people and built more politicians than Tinubu)
Unlike Escobar Tinubu got cleaned up on time but he maintains his ties to the street with his touts and hoodlum like MC Olomo.

Unlike Escobar, Tinubu found a way to realign his major cash flow by legitimizing money laundering and corruption by perpetuating himself as the overlord of Lagos treasures.
He has his hands directly and indirectly in every revenue source of Lagos State and Ogun state by extension. And he's ready to do the unimaginable to anybody that challenges him.

How on earth can we allow such a character near Aso Rock...to top it off, being a Muslim he picked a Muslim VP, at this critical time that all parts of Nigeria is boiling with Fulani causing mayhem, Haba!

I will pick Kwankwaso, Sowere before I ever consider Tinubu.

Ibo didn't support Yoruba, in fact they went against the popular candidate of Yoruba.. the electioon was between 2 Yoruba candidates .. if they didnt support Obasanjo, the other candidate will still be Yoruba, so stop twisting events!
It's saddening that u would stand truth on its head to prove a non existing point, personally I hate the deteriorating relationship between Igbos and Yorubas...I served in one of the Yoruba states some decades ago and I met awesome learned guys into tech and they were helpful.

To begin to twist history and sabotage ur future and ur kids future becos of politicians that have less than 20 more years on earth is regrettably foolish.

Sir Alex Ekwueme who was founding member of PDP stepped down for Obasanjo, 40% of OBJ's votes came from Old Eastern region, Yorubas rejected him and never supported their own...OBJ got more opposition from the Western region throughout his tenure than any other region.

Look, all I'm saying is during one of those whatsapp meetings u Urchins have... please appeal to them to Audit Obi, curse him and do wateva they want and leave the whole Igbo tribe out of it, the ethnic tension they are nursing won't end well ooo. Fulani no care abt Yoruba ooo. They won't survive Igbo's if they return the hostility.

Now this is why I so much detest Soludo, Orji Uzor, Arthur Eze and other prominent Igbo leaders that haven't thrown their weight behind President Peter Obi, do they really thinking political jobbers will not write idiotic jargons like this when it gets to their unrealistic turn to run for President?

It's foolhardy to think just because you are progressive other tribes has to be progressive.
A tribal bigot is a tribal bigot...if u like give them PhD and all the sophistication in the world.

PS:
In all of this the Igbos remains the biggest casualty, Agu ironsi was stripped naked, tied and dragged on tarred road like a common criminal, Igbos lost over 3 million of their people including children and new born not due to war but barbaric blockade of food and medical supplies with d help of UK govt.
Progressive Igbos have decided to move on despite being handed 20 pounds each out of all the millions we had in the bank and selling National assets to their tribes men. Igbos still strives to survive and be part of a country that despise them so much that 52 years after the war a foolish idiot still has the mind to write the nonsense above.

I will continue to warn about you spawns of ekwensu and your hidden agenda .

You genocidal bastards that attempted to murder and uproot non igbos from their ancestral land using the fog of war as cover. Or do you want to lie about your rogue Biafran soldiers , killing, raping and eating minorities who fell under your rogue nation?

The problem we face is because of the pact taking by Gowon's military cabinet members to never revisit the war so as to ensure your readmission into Nigeria which was part of Gowon's "No vanquished, no Victor " post war policy.

It is only the Nigerian civil war that has the vanquished dominating the narrative since the war ended and you have been spreading lies since 1970.

The liar and coward, Achebe knew his book was full of half truths and that's why he had it published posthumously to avoid being exposed as a liar.

Now the likes of Achebe have inspired a generation of misplaced hate filled Igbos from his pit in hell.

The likes of Kanu, Chiamanda and Uju Ayu will not be disturbing our peace if their lying parents told them the truth about how wicked, covetous, condescending and evil you igbos were to the minorities of old eastern region.

I will continue to expose you as unrepented villains that you are and not the hapless victim toga you have sewn for yourselves.
First of all I must apologise for giving you the audience to further ur misinformation of hate and fear of the Igbo race, I felt you needed the education initially alas I was wrong.

The problem with that statement is how the Igbo have come to see a 100% funded Federal project that serves to connect the SE to other parts of Nigeria as their exclusive property.

Delta state has more stake in that project as oil revenue used in building that bridge was sourced in part from it.

But for some reason the heebo now see it as theirs and demanded that the bridge be named after a literal bridge burner who blew up the first Niger Bridge

One idiot here even suggested that the federal territory by rotated among zones with Enugu to serve as replacement for Abuja.

They want to sit down somewhere and have all the resources and infrastructure cornered to their yeast. This is exactly how Enugu was built to the total neglect of other provinces in the parasitic eastern region.

Before there was ever any thought of an Abuja, the heebo were doing same in Enugu by diverting all resources to Enugu and other Igbo provinces to the total neglect of non Igbo provinces.

They complain of Buhari's stinking nepotism but they shamelessly promoted same in the old eastern region by ensuring even a lowly clerk position in places like Calabar was occupied by an Igbo to the total marginalization of the so-called minorities.

The rubbish of Aburi were they demanded a return to the status quo, they will lie was to return Nigeria back to regional adminstration even though Ojukwu was the only MILAD to wholeheartedly welcome Ironsi's Decree 34. What they fail to tell you was that it wasn't a return to regionalism that ojukwu and his fellow Afro Zikists demanded but rather a reversal of the creation of two states (old Rivers and old Cross River) out of the blighted old yeast.

It is important to point out the half truths and fallacies of the Igbo in their ongoing revisionism over what led to the war. The crux was the Igbo demand at Aburi to have the already Igbo weary so-called minorities yoked back with the parasitic Heebo.

The same minorities , I must add, that were fighting to have their own separate region to which they had succeeded until this very day 56ys back the Igbo coup happened towards truncating the federal Parliament from creating the Calabar Ogoja Rivers region that is comprised of present day, Rivers, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom and Cross River.

The heebo staged a coup to prevent the federal Parliament from granting the so-called minorities of the old eastern region their own separate region. Decree 34 was rolled out to put an end to regional governance in place of a centrist Igbo dictatorship. What arrogance!.

When they were kicked out and Gowon created states, they then demanded for the same Igbo weary minorities to be yoked back to them. When this failed they then dragged the same minorities back into their God forsaking Biafra.

Now tell me, are these people victims as they claim or just plain parasitic land grabbers.

This is what Peter Obi is running on preserving the Zikist central govt and why all the Igbos are backing him.

Use brain.

Obi and his obidient mob are an Igbo project towards preserving the parasitic system and to return the Igbo back to the centre.

It has nothing of benefit to Nigeria and Nigerians but is purely an Igbo Marxist and tribal agenda.
Mark my words, this vermin will one day take his own life because of his ancestral hatred for the Igbo...just like his father and his father's father.
That is his fate and destiny.

My Observation based on Igbo's & Yoruba around me. The Igbo's believe 2023 election should be their turn expecting support from Yoruba and others, just as the Igbo's did in the past to Yoruba's.

Unfortunately Tinubu & Obi came in same time with high expectations, but after this election if ATIKU win the political enemity between Yoruba's & Igbo's will increase which automatically favours North/South-South.

If BAT or OBI win the relationship can be easily manage through appointment & development.

Finally Yoruba's & Igbo's should understand their continue political fight favour North and Hausa/Fulani will want it so forever for political advantage.
Thank God someone said it
If you've been following comments and opinions on here on Nairaland Urchins have been firing from all cylinders against the whole Igbo tribe, it's no longer an Obi thing.
All the comments from Obedients has been against Tinubu (and a few others against Yoruba Muslims), believe me when I tell you this...alot of Igbo people against Tinubu is because of these pay per click Urchins he hired, their hate against the Igbo Nation is out of this world (especially @leoking formally @ simpleleo the fraudster) Me..I'm Delta Igbo and I will vote for Osibanjo twice before considering Obi.

It has nothing to do with tribe but everything to do with competence.

Osibanjo was the first to propose modular refineries which would've ended fuel scarcity and subsidy, if the powers that be had allowed him implement it. (As at date no candidate is taking about modular refineries). All the boys u are seeing in the creeks refining Kerosene will obtain licence and own their own modular refineries to produce what we use under global best practices and standards and pay taxes to Govt.

Secondly he nearly redefined Nigeria monetary policy and international business policy by proposing the Naira-Yuan(RMB) swap via Union pay...over 90% of Nigeria's Dollars needs is for imports from China. Why on earth do we need to change naira to dollar before changing it to RMB before we can get goods from China.
That Osibanjo's Naira-Yuan policy would've taken care of all our FX needs, but once again the power brokers and cartel from CBN that have been running Dollars organised crime visited Buhari with US emissary and that policy died.

My brother if Osibanjo had moved to another party like Obi did... my political group and tonnes of other Igbo groups will take it personal to make sure he wins, even with Obi on d ballot. We know Osibanjo and wat he stands for...wat does Tinubu stand for?

President Obi is the man for the Job, he suffers no fool and cannot be caged like Goodluck, the cabal and vested interests has nothing on him.

PoliticsRe: Ward To Ward Campaign For Tinubu & Other APC Candidates In Nasarawa LG, Kano by moscow007:
Since OBJ endorsed President Obi Thiefnibu has been jittery and disturbed more than the PDP, he knows it's all over!

In November Thiefnibu was scheduled to visit the United States and was denied visa based on his past criminal records and indictment in electoral violence in Edo state 2020 election.

OBJ's endorsement is the last nail on Thiefnibu's coffin of ever being Nigeria's President. Since 1976 installation of Obj as head of state after death of Murtala Mohammed, OBJ has been d West African liaison officer of the CIA (allegedly), which explains why Abacha couldn't kill him, Obasanjo remains the only Nigeria President who was visited by a sitting US President till date (others goes to US to visit), during OBJ tenure (both as Military and Civil President) he has led more Peace keeping mission on behalf of the US Govt than all d Nigerian Heads of State and Presidents combined, when US needed Charles Taylor in 2003 Obasanjo was sent in to capture and detain him on behalf of US Govt.

All this adds up to one fact, OBj speaks the mind of US regarding Nigeria's election and succession plans.

He endorsed Jonathan and he won, when Us needed regime change He endorsed Buhari and Buhari won and we all know Atiku won 2019 election if not for the unconstitutional removal of Justice Walter Onnoghen we all know what would've happened.

The United States have picked Obi to succeed Buhari, the people have chosen President Obi... there's nothing a million Thiefnibu or Atiefku can do.
